Lieberman getting tired of the libs that tried to stab him in the back!

It is about time he started to get really angry with the people on the left, and tell them exactly how it is they are ruining this country. They seem not to believe it, but it was Lieberman who was trashed by his own party in the last election, lost the primary, and won the general election as an independent! The Dems left him for dead, yet he managed to survive their attacks! Now, he is telling them how it is, and they do not like it one bit! He is no longer a member of their party, so none of the people on the left care what he has to say. But they just might! If the Democrats are not careful, they could really hurt themselves with this one. I would keep Lieberman as a friend if I were the libs, but they are not as bright as most of us, so they will screw it up once again!

Lieberman escalates attack on Iraq critics ..>..>

Ever since Connecticut Democrats refused to back him for a fourth term in Congress, Joe Lieberman has been burnishing his independent credentials in the narrowly divided Senate while becoming increasingly critical of the Democratic Party on the war in Iraq.

Lieberman, the Democrats' 2000 vice presidential nominee, insists he is not actively considering joining the Republican Party. But he is keeping that possibility wide open as his disenchantment grows with Democratic leaders. The main sticking points are their attempts to end the war in Iraq and their hesitation to take a harder line against Iran.

"I think either [Democrats] are, in my opinion, respectfully, naïve in thinking we can somehow defeat this enemy with talk, or they're simply hesitant to use American power, including military power," Lieberman said in a wide-ranging interview with The Hill.

"There is a very strong group within the party that I think doesn't take the threat of Islamist terrorism seriously enough."

Lieberman says he is annoyed by the mudslinging on Capitol Hill and Democrats' unwillingness to work with President Bush. But his critics say he has contributed to that polarization by his rhetoric and refusal to compel Bush to find a new way forward in Iraq.

As Lieberman sees it, however, the Democratic Party has slipped away from its "most important and successful times" of the middle of last century, where it was tough on Communism and progressive on domestic policy.

"I fear that some people take this position also because anything President Bush is for, they'll be against, and that's wrong," said Lieberman, a staunch advocate of the war. "There's a great tradition in our history of partisanship generally receding when it comes to foreign policy. But for the moment we've lost that."

Even though he did not reclaim his Senate seat as a Democrat, Lieberman has been instrumental in two bills this Congress central to the 2006 Democratic campaign platform: an ethics and lobbying overhaul bill and a measure to implement recommendations of the bipartisan 9/11 Commission. The 9/11 bill cleared Congress last week, and the ethics bill could win final approval this week before lawmakers adjourn for August recess.

But if Lieberman seems blunt about the direction of the Democratic Party, it may stem from his loss last August in the primaries to businessman Ned Lamont, who wooed Democratic voters with his anti-war platform. Lieberman calls his ensuing victory in the general election as an independent "inspiring." And remaining an independent has freed him to repeatedly buck the Democratic leadership on foreign policy and other legislative issues.

"Now that he knows he can win as an independent, he doesn't need the Democrats at all," said Kenneth Dautrich, a professor of public policy at the University of Connecticut. "I think it's absolutely emboldened him."

Lieberman was the only non-Republican in June to vote against Democratic efforts to pass a resolution expressing no confidence on embattled Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. He has no plans to endorse a Democrat for president, including the senior senator from his home state, Christopher Dodd, and is open to backing a Republican candidate for president. Lieberman also startled Democrats when he lent his support to the re-election bid of Republican Sen. Susan Collins of Maine, a top target of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.

During this month's Iraq debate, Lieberman was working behind the scenes strategizing with Republicans and was front-and-center in several GOP press conferences denouncing Democratic tactics to push for an end to the war.

Lieberman was the lone non-Republican to vote against Majority Leader Harry Reid's (D-Nev.) efforts to shut down debate on an amendment to bring troops home by next April. (Reid voted against the cloture motion to file a similar motion at a later time.) Lieberman was also alone when he joined 40 Republicans in voting to kill an amendment by Sen. Jim Webb (D-Va.) to extend the time between troop deployments in Iraq.

"I'm disappointed that I am in so small a minority among Senate Democrats in taking the position that I have," Lieberman said.

But even as he has played a key role on some of their top domestic initiatives, Democrats have at times kept their distance from Lieberman. Last week, for instance, Reid held a press conference with several Democrats to tout their efforts to pass the 9/11 Commission bill and a homeland-security spending plan. Lieberman, the lead Senate negotiator on the measure and chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, was conspicuously absent.

Reid said it was not intentional to leave Lieberman out of the press conference, but Lieberman said not being invited was "surprising."

The distance that Democratic leaders appear to be keeping from Lieberman could result from the animosity that the Democrats' anti-war base has directed toward him. That criticism intensified even more last month, when he suggested military intervention against the Iranian government.

"He used to have a heart and soul, and he used to care about people," said Leslie Angeline, an activist with the anti-war group Code Pink, who held a 24-day hunger strike until she could meet with Lieberman about his position on Iran.
Angeline is facing an unlawful entry charge after she refused to leave Lieberman's office during her strike.

Even though Lieberman has become a lightning rod on the left, his prominent chairmanship and influence within the Democratic caucus is safe, for now, given the Democrats' razor-thin majority. Analysts say if Democrats increase their Senate majority from the 2008 elections, Lieberman's influence and role could be marginalized within the caucus.

Still, Lieberman is unfazed and says he has no intention of formally rejoining the Democratic Party.

"For now, I find being an independent more fun," Lieberman said. "The partisanship in this place is out of control. As an independent I've got the opportunity to speak out against that."

The Hill: How long do you see U.S. troops staying in Iraq?

Lieberman: I think some troops will be there for quite a while to secure the country, particularly from external threats. Look, I hope that this surge, which has always intended to be temporary, gets to a point sometime next year where it has succeeded enough in quelling the sectarian violence, particularly so that some of the troops that were part of the surge begin to come home. But my direct answer is that there is no explicit answer. The answer is that the troops will come home when the mission is completed.

The Hill: Obviously, a lot of Democrats don't feel that way.

Lieberman: I've noticed that.

The Hill: How dissatisfied are you with you right now with the way this debate has been handled in the Senate, especially during the defense authorization bill debate?

Lieberman: I'm disappointed that I am in so small a minority among Senate Democrats in taking the position that I have. While I obviously understand and respect that Iraq is a difficult issue, and people take different points of views, I'm surprised and disappointed that the split has followed partisan lines so much. It shouldn't be.

The Hill: Some of this criticism might seem surprising from someone who was the vice presidential nominee seven years ago. How far away from the Democratic Party do you see yourself right now?

Lieberman: Right now, certainly on Iraq, to some extent on some other foreign policy issues, like how do we confront Iran, how do we contain Iran, how do we deal with what that threat represents in the Middle East. To some extent on some defense issues, I have disagreements with most Democrats. But I agree with most Democrats on a lot of other issues, and a lot of domestic issues particularly.

The Hill: Are you open to switching parties and becoming a Republican?

Lieberman: I have no interest or desire in doing that. I wouldn't foreclose it as a possibility, but I hope that I don't reach that point.

The Hill: What would drive you over to that point?

Lieberman: Well, I guess I'd know it. It's like Justice [Potter] Stewart and his definition of obscenity: he couldn't define it but he'd know when he saw it. I think I'll know it when I feel it, but I hope I never get to that point.

Lieberman is a good man. I do not agree with him on everything, but I sure do agree with him when it comes to the war effort, and especially the Iranian problem that no one in Washington wants to even talk about. Obama says he wants to talk to them and work it out! Hillary says that is crazy, but only because of the way she was asked the question! She has learned a lot from her husband, I can see that!

Just because people can spin questions, does not mean that people will fall for it all the time. We all know Hillary would not launch one missle at Iran until after they sat down for weeks and weeks and tried to work out a "comprimise"! The only compromise that the Iranians want is for us to give up so they have an easier time killing us all!

Lieberman is right on the money. I hope he does join the Republicans, if for nothing else...just to piss the libs off one more time!

OK, SO I AM FINISHED

Some of you may or may not have known, but I have been working very hard over the past many months on a book. The book is about Conservatism in this country today, battling liberalism, and understanding it. The purpose is for people who do not know much about politics, or for people that do not care, to have something they can use as a reference, to make sure the left in this country does not pull a fast one on them.

I have finally completed the book, and I am currently trying to find a literary agent to get it published for me. If that does not work, then I will have to get it done myself. Yes, the first way would be easier, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I figured I would post this blog here because I suppose about 3 people read it anyway, if that, so not to many people will even care that I have written a book. Tom may, thats about it!!! LOL

MY THOUGHTS

This issue seems to be getting more interesting by the day, and that is why I always write about it. Maybe China did send the weapons to the insurgency thenselves, or maybe the Iranians sent them there for them. Who really knows, and I doubt the Cinese will ever give the United States a stright answer on the issue.

As I have said many times before, this situation will get a lot worse before it gets any better. The situation in Iraq is looking bleak, but look at what will happen if we leave like the Democrats want us to do. There is no way Iraq would ever make it through a conflict with Iran, if there even needs to be a conflict. They will be sitting ducks for an invasion, and the takeover will more than likely be very easy. There are many reasons for this, but the main reason is because the Iranians will not take any crap from anyone, and they have shown that in their defiance to the United Nations and the world.

I do not believe they will go in their and try to make the country a better place to live. Why would they, all they want is the oil and money from the people of the country. Most of the things that the Democrats have said that Bush went their for, the Iranians will go their for once we pull out. They are playing the waiting game, and they are winning. As long as there are people in this country that say we have no chance of winning this war, then the Iranians will just sit back and wait for this country to implode.

They see us fighting on a daily basis, and they see the decent from people in our own government. Somehow I do not think this helps us one bit, but the other side would say that the war has hurt us far more than we could ever help the Iraqis. This is a bunch of crap, and all you people know it! You all know we have to be there, because if we leave they will fall to a regime that will make Saddam look like Mother Theresa. These people in Iran are sick and twisted, and are waiting for the right time to start WW3! Some of you do not see thi, because you are blinded by hate for the President. Yes, he has pissed me off too. But that does not mean we should leave because we all think we are doing things in the wrong way. We have to go and make them better. The President will not come out and give Iran an ultimatum, and it is hurting him day by day! When will he learn that the people will respect him more if he tells us what is really going on. I am sick of being the only person around here talking about the Iranian-Iraqi insurgency connect all the time. There is a connection, and it is the reason we are not doing well in Iraq. Some of you on the left may say it is because the President did not do a good job of planning, and that may be the case as well. But do not forget the fact that there are IRANIAN weapons inside that country.

As for China, I doubt they are doing it on purpose, but nothing would surprise me much.

Will you people please leave some sort of comments..please??? I should not have to beg like this. I may not be the most talented writer you people have ever read, but for God Sakes that does not mean you can not just leave a little comment once and a while. I have not had a comment in months on this page. I have teenagers who leave me intelligent comments on my myspace blog, so you people should not have to much trouble putting a few worlds together. I think if I do nothing else well I at least start some sort of conversation off here.

I swear...

If I have to listen to one more person from that Live Earth Concert tell me that I better save the planet I will scream. These people are driving me crazy. They tell me that I should conserve energy, yet they are the ones flying in on their private jets and driving in their expensive , gas guzzling limos! These people make me sick . They are doing nothing to to help their cause, all they are doing is pissing people with half a brain that can make a logical thought in their heads off!

Do any of you actually care what Madonna tells you that we should do? If you do, God bless you, because you will need his blessing, thats for sure. These people are all hypocrits. This is just another cause they feel like they have to get behind because they have money and influence over some people. Of course, the people they have influence over are brain dead morons who would believe that Elvis were still alive if Al Gore told them that he was! Maybe Al Gore should pay more attention to his son that seems to have real problems,instead of plowing America with the fear of something that is as made.

So, who played in this Live Earth thing anyway. I did not even feel like reading the article. I seen Madonna on TV, that was about it. There are a few bands that I listen to that played there, makes me think why I even listen to music anymore.

Why do people have to take these artists so seriously? They do not care about the planet! If they did, would they be doing have the stuff that they do on a daily basis? They would probably cut back on their driving and drive a hybrid everywhere they went. This is not happening. They may want you to think they do, but they do NOT! They fly in on their jets, then go to a concert to tell people like you and me we are bad people for owning an SUV. The music industry can shove it for all I care. I do not even care anymore about these low lifes! They complain their music is not selling...I wonder why people? Of course some of it has to do with illegal downlaoding, but a lot of it is because they want to make all their music political, and people do not want to hear that. If the people of this country wanted to listen to music that slammed the President and made fools of people who vote Republican, this music would be selling like crazy!

I am so sick of even hearing about these people, I can not even write a decent blog tonight. That really makes me mad! Hopefully I wil come back with something better the next time!!! Thank you all for reading!!!

July 4th.......

This day has special meaning to many of us. It might be because we have someone we love in the military, or just because someone you have known has been in the military in the past, and you know the sacrifice they make for us all. On this day, I would like to put all differences aside and make sure I wish all of you a very Happy 4th.

We should never forget the sacrifices that the men and women of the military have made for this country, and they are #1 today, and in my book every single day! They keep us safe, and keep this country free. God Bless all the troops and their Families...and I thank you all for your sacrifices. It is not only the people who are on the front lines who sacrifice, it is also their families. Thank you all!!!!

Libby set free....sort of.....

President Bush followed his bases advice and comutted the prision sentence of Scooter Libby. He left inteact the fine and probation, but this was not good enought for the left who came out toally against it right off the bat. I should say the left was consistant on one thing, they did want Libby's head from the time he was convicted, and they did not let up.

There are some things that people neglect to understand when talking about the Libby case. I have heard at least 3 separate newscasts in the last few days explicitly say that Libby was sent to jail because he outed an agent of the government. NO HE DID NOT! What don't you people get about that. He did not out the agent. If you people have woken up, you would have known a long time ago that Richard Armatige actually outed that agent, not Libby. He gave the name after the reporters had already new, because Armatige told them. It is like talking to a bag of rocks when dealing with the libs anymore, like I would have more of a chance to get a wall to give me a educated discussion than anyone on the left. I do not know what to say. It amazes me that these people, that know nothing about what is going on, can make people believe he outed an agent! The Democrats tell us that the right runs the media, but if that were true I would not have heard what I heard on those newscasts, and that is the truth!

Second, and most importantly, I am really curious if anyone on the left gave a second thought to the pardon of Marc Rich, who obviously did something wrong, and even left the country to escape prosecution. It was not untill he gave a substantial amount of money to the Clintons did he come back to the country, and then was pardoned by the man he bought off. I am not going to go into what Marc Rich did, no one cares. But no one stood up and questioned Clintons Pardons, especially this one, when it sure as hell should have been questioned by the media, who is now saying that Bush pardoned him for some God aweful exuse of a reason! He pardoned the man because he did nothing wrong. The Federal Prosecutor investigating the leak of Plame's name took the investigation to far, and had sent lots of money doing so. He needed someones head for something, and he got it in Libby's testimony. The people on the left who are crying foul can cry foul somewhere else, because I do NOT want to hear you. You make yourselves sound like children that did not get their way, and it makes this country look like a bunch of damn fools! DEAL WITH IT!!

Lastly, I am sick and tired of hearing about how perjury is the worst crime anyone could commit and Libby should have never been pardoned for it. These people make me sick! I am tired of holding back on this. I am going to tell you how I feel, like I should have at the begining when I was going to. You want to know why I do not give a damn Libby was set free? It is because Clinton made everything ok to do, that is why. If anyone on the left has the nerve to say that Libby should go to jail, but Clinton had the right to keep the Presidency, then those people are so far out there they will probably never find the light of day. It is ok for a sitting President to lie, but not Libby. He should go to jail, and Clinton should be honored for all the crap he never did to make this country better? The people on the left are hypocrites. If you want Libby in jail, thats fine with me. Just send Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Madaline Albright, and Sandy Berger right along with him, because that is the only thing that would ever make it right.

And do not give me that he lied about sex, because that is the lamest exuse for comitting a crime I have ever heard. He lied, and nothing happened to him. I do not care what he lied about. He could have lied about taking a bath that morning for all I care. He was asked a question, under oath, and he lied. He knew he lied, and he did it to protect himself, knowing full well the people in this country are so stupid they would never ask for Impeachment and removal. Yeah, we got oe of those, but he should have been thrown out of office and charged with Perjury and Obstruction. No one one the left wants to acknowledge the facts in the case, and they never will. They want it one way for their side, and another way for their eneimies.

I am all about right and wrong, not about left and right. This has made me sick to my stomach. Let it die. Libby was pardoned, so what? Clinton pardoned himself when he associated with the people he did to get out of ever being charged with a crime. he should have been, once out of office, because you can not charge a sitting President, but that is beyond the point!

You people on the left want to make this a better country? You know what you have to do to do that? Start acting like Americans, not like some other kind of people that are better than American and can come and talk down to the people of this country and to other parties. You are not the party that will lead this country into bigger and better things, but you are the people that will ruin this country to the point of no return. You talk about the Bush Administration and how they have lied to the people, and how they are bad people. Give me a break! Your words are lost on the people with half a brain to make a reasonable assesment of what is going on. All the people that follow your lead do just that...FOLLOW! So get off your high horses and get some work done, like you promised the American people you would do but have not done yet. You have lied to the American people also...You do NOT get a pass from me!

Is it just me or....

Is this world turning into something no one had ever even imagined it would become. After the recent terror attack, we see that there is evil in th world, and it is up to us to stop it in its tracks. Obviously, not every single attack can be stopped, as we have seen this weekend, but things must be done to protect the citizens of these nations that the terrorists consider "Evil".

I know what a few of you are saying to yourself, you have said it to me any time before. There is no evil in the world, don't kid yourself. I say what has happened this weekend shows that there is evil, and how evil that these people can be. You do not have to believe in a higher power to believe that there are people in this world that want to harm others. I do not what you people want to consider that, but I consider it evil. There is no way be can beat all of it. It has existed since the beiginning of time, and it will till the end. But there are ways we can protect ourselves, and the United States has done those things, even though the left considers Bush a War Criminal for it.

I am sick of hearing the left tell me that I am wrong for what I believe. I am sick of people in Washington tell me that I must be against this war, because if I am not I do not care about the troops that are there. Those troops are there fighting so we do not have to deal with car bombs going off every single day. The people that believe we are fighting in vain are clueless to the facts of why we fight and where we fight! Clinton and the people like her are not the ones that should tell me how to feel about what is going on in this world today, because if she was leading the free world, we would be in more trouble than we are now.

Do you think she will fight the nemy where we are, or wait for them to come to us again? I think we all know the answer to that.

Someone on the left explain to me why we should bring our men and women home before we win, and I will tell you why you people are traitors to the people who are fighting. Do you want the subway that your children are riding on one day to blow up because some nutt case from the Middle East believes we are the worst of the worst in the world? How about a dirty bomb going off in a college? These things can happen, and they will if we do not show our might in the world to the people who hate us the most. That is not being a war monger, that is being realistic!

Or we can just bring our troops home, give up, and show the world we are weak, just as we did in Vietnam. It is up to you, people on the left, on which side you will be on! Yes, my words in this blog will probably get under the skin of some of you, but I only tell the truth. The truth hurts those who have not found it!

What Happens when...

We have a country, led by the worst of the worst, and we want to get something done? I don't know people, come on! This imigration issue has been killed in the Senate, but I am telling you right now they never should have stopped trying to get a bill passed through to the President. The people that are right minded people, the ones that know the people that were for the Senate Immigration Bill were out of theuir minds, should have brought up their own bill. No, it would have never made it anywhere, but what does that matter?

When the Senate Bill was killed the first time, we were told that we should not speak our minds and tell our Representatives what we think, because obviously they know more about what we want than we actually do. Then, just to try and rip the American people a new one, brought the bill back from the dead, and tried to get it passed again! This aggravates me more than anything, and it should to you, also! Our Senate did not go back to their states and ask the people what they wanted, they brought the same bill, with a few minor changes, back to the floor to try and pull a fast one on the people of this country. A people, mind you, that wanted nothing to do with this bill and wanted more than anything to deal with the border security side of it first.

So, in bringing back the bill, the Senate pretty much told us that our opinion does not matter at all, and they know what is best. I tell the Senate that they never know what is best for the people, and they do not represent the people any longer. They represent the interest groups that fund their campaigns more than the people. Our founders are rolling in their graves right now. If they are looking down on us, they are seeing their Republic taken advantage of by people with loads of cash to spend, on both sides. How else can you explain a President that ran on being a Conservative promoting a bill with Ted Kennedy? The guy is either that stupid, or he believes something way more than he is letting on.

I am sick of the Congress not listening to the people of this nation. Not one of these people who are in Congress right now (except for a few number) should ever be voted back into office when their terms expire. These men are crooks, and have taken the Congress to new lows with their Globalist attitudes they try to pass on as the norm to the people of this country. Their thinking is NOT the norm. We, the people of this great country, do NOT want illegals coming over our borders, no matter what we are called in return. Yes, you can call all of us racists and bigots, but you all knowwe are not. We want to protect this country from something the elitists in power throughout this country want to lead us to. The people on the left, who are by far the most in favor of these immigration tactics, have lost their minds more than anyone here on the right will ever know. They have sold themselves and their country down the river, and it was only people like me who had the balls to stand up and say we do not want this bill, we want nothing like it at all!!!

We told the Congress we want them to work on the security of our borders. The left has no drive to do anything of the sort, and the right are to caught up with who is running for President, they probably do not even know what is going on. If every single republican would have come out against this Bill, they would have no worries in 2008. They would have won by a landslide everywhere. But they feel their Globalist agendas are more important then the people who elect them, so they should be thrown out on their butts. The people in Mass. should send Kennedy and Kerry back home. They would do more good selling t-shirts outside a Red Sox game than they are in the Senate right now! That goes for most of the people in Congress. They have felt the power, and they do not want to let it go.

The right is also afraid that if these illegals are made citizens, and are allowed to vote, they will go hugly Democratic. That should not even be an issue, since they are illegals and should be sent packing. We have no balls in this country anymore, especially the left. They are all for helping out the little guy at everyone elses expence, not realizing the ramifications. I thought these people were crazy...I was wrong....THEY HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS to the point there is nothing that will help them.

The people have spoken on the immigration bill, and it has been killed. Now the people have to speak even louder and tell Congress what we want done! We must tell them we want security on our borders. Tell Mr. Bush that WE elected him, and he must srerve us, or just leave now...we do not need your garbage talk about Globalization and a E.U. type state. We are AMERICANS and that is all I will ever be, I do not know about the rest of you. Take the power away from these crooks, before they get even more powerful. Vote the scums out of office, and tell them on their way out they betrayed us! They are not good enough to serve the people of this country, and they will never be!

The terror threat in England has been raised, and the people are on high alert. This is something we should get used to happening in our world, with the terrorists running around like they run the world. Of course, they would love to, b ut I guess we are here to stop them. But sometimes, it is too late, and the good guys lose, like they did in Scotland over the weekend.

Of course we can not stop every attack, and they cannot as well. But I would like to reitterate what I said in an earlier blog that doing nothing would be far worse than doing the things we are doing right now. People do not agree with the Patriot Act, but it has worked. Peope believe the war in Iraq is immoral and wrong, but it has been a valiant effort by our men and women who believe in the cause of making this a safer world.

I have been getting the feeling that people want to take out what is happeing in Iraq out on the people who support the war. Let me explain my position again, because it seems to be lost on most.

I am for the war in Iraq, it should have been fought, and we needed to be there to make the region safer and also the rest of the world. Saddam with a nuke, or even trying to get a nuke, was unexceptable. The United States and its Allies were within the bounds of International Law when they went to war in Iraq, that is not arguable. They broke U.N. Resolution after U.N. Resolution telling them to disarm, but yet they would not let the people in to check, so how could we ever know they disarmed? I know you people on the left love the U.N. but they are not the all powerful in this world. They are nothing to me. And they even knew Saddam was trying to get WMD's, and even said so before the invasion. So did most in the Democratic Party! Yes, the ones that are know saying they were fooled by a man who they also called "stupid".

What does that make you if you were fooled by a "stupid" man?

The truth is there has to be something done about the people who want to carry out attacks in this country. The first thing is to close off the border with Mexico. I know I have been killing this point, and people are probably getting annoyed, but that does not take away from the importance of it, or I would not write about it all the time. I want you people to get it, that illegal immigration not only hurts the laws we have to protect each American, it hurts ALL Americans in a way that we will feel when the first car bomb goes off in this country. Some of you are blind to that fact, and do not want to hear it. You believe that you can just talk to most people, and they will go away. I have even heard people say it is our fault because of our foriegn policy, and that we should change. You people that want to change for the terrorists are not helping anyone in this country with your crap.

And the problems continues, with no solution by the people that say that are in power to protect us. Yes, the Bush Administration has done things that are good. But there are things they are doing that will reverse the course of what they put us on in the beginning. I believe it has everything to do with their Globalists agendas, and how they feel they world should look. But their views will go no where if we must also deal with the terrorists coming over the border. I am going to harp on this issue until something is done about it...until the people tell their Congressmen that the people want something done NOW!!! We do not want to wait for the 2008 elections to be held..why would we wait? The car bombs will be going off in America soon enough if we do not do something about the immigration policy in this country. We should know who is here, and if they are illegal, we should get them out. If they wan to come back, that is fine. They MUST do it the right way. Why must we give special treatment to those who have broken the law? If someone commited a crime, would we let them go, telling them that as long as you are a good citizen, then you can go on your way?

This topic really annoys me, because the people in power KNOW what the people want, but will not give us what we want. Their agendas are more important..and the fight continues on!

When we talk about the security of this nation, nothing should be spared. We should spare no expense in protecting the people. Term limits should be imposed on ALL of Congress, and that ill make them know that they are not there forever, and in turn possibly make them think a little clearer. That is not all that must be done. We must also make known that the PEOPLE run this country, and we elect the people to represent us as we see fit. We have to put away our party affiliation for a minute and look for what wil make this country stronger, and that is no one that is leading us today. The Reagan Conservatives are waiting for the next Reagan, but do not know if he will ever come. We are hopeful...

Just a little rant....

Wow, I haven't used that one in a while..rant..wow.. That is really all I do here is rant about what I believe is right and what should happen to and in this country. people may not agree with me, most do not. But that is far beyond the point. That is what political battles on myspace is all about. Arguing and fighting to get your point across, even though you know the other person may not care. That is what I do here.

I know I have said this before, and I will say it again I am sure....Democrats are out to ruin this country and everything it stands for. I believe, deep down in my heart, that they could care less about the people who are in this nation and more about the world at large. That is why you will always here someone from the left say that we should listen to the world before we do anything that may effect the tiniest little thing in the world. Yes, and that means Global Warming. I know I keep bringing this up, but there are a few things that I will bring up until the 2008 election has passed, and that is one of them. Why you may ask? I believe that Al Gore, sooner or later, is going to find his oppertunity to jump into this race for President and give a second chance at being President. There is no way he will play second chair to Hillary, there is no chance of that happening. But the other way around, that is a possibility. Another Gore/Clinton Ticket is what the Democrats would love the most. You would see the news media go crazy over it.

On the Republican side, Fred Thompson, in a Rassmusen Poll has caught up to Rudy in the Republican polls. This man is amazing. If he stays around long enough to put a run together, it is over. The man will win the nomination. This is something the Republicans really needed right now, someone they can get behind that is a Reagan Conservative. I always like to talk about the nominations, and what will happen in the races, I am sure you know that if you have been reading my blog for a while. For the first part of the year, I was strongly behind Mitt Romney, but now, there is no denying the force that is coming with Fred Thompson. If he is the Republican nod, he will NOT be one of those that pick Rudy or even McCain to be his running mate. There is no way he would pick a Liberal like one of those guys to go the distance with. And since I believe that the issue of Republicans not putting up a women may come into the debate at some point, I believe he would pick someone like Rice to be his running mate. Now, I am not saying it would be her, but someone like her. A women that people may or may not know to much about, but would repsect the way they speak, as people do when Thompson speaks to a group.

But who knows, I could be totally wrong again. I mean, I was behind a man for President that I thought I knew, but was fooled after watching some debates and listening to him speak a few times. It is so early in the process, no one really knows what can happen. A story could come out that could push Obama to the top, and it would totally ruin everything I have written about here tonight. People in this country love to look ahead, and especially me this time. I do not know why that that is really. I would guess it is because I am so sick and tired of the Bush Presidency, sometimes it makes me sick.

The Democrats will come with the fight of a lifetime this time around ladies and gentlemen. If you thought the election of 2000 was bad, this one may be even worse. Barring some wierd turn of events, Hillary will win the nomination and do anything she can to win the White House, and ultimatly put her Husband into a position of power somewhere in the world community. That is what scares the hell out of Conservatives. A man that should have been thrown out of office, or at least resigned his office, may one day have more power than anyone could have ever imagined.

Am I talking crazy, or am I right on the money with this one? You tell me when the last time you seen someone from the left talk bad on the Clintons, and did not pay for what they have said. These people could be the most powerful family in the country, maybe even the world, if they are let back into the White House for another go around to ruin this nation at a time when we are most vulnerable. Take my words for what they are worth, but remember what happened the last time we had a Clinton in the White House....Sex Scandles, illegal campaign contributions, lying under oath and committing obsruction of justice, undercutting the military by cutting their funding, giving the American people the HIGHEST tax increase this country has ever seen, letting Bin Laden go because of the "Rule of Law" ( as if Bin Laden has ever heard of such a thing). Just remeber those things when your Liberal buddies say Hillary is the way to go!

AS I SIT HERE TONIGHT......

I sit here tonight, as I watch the movie, "All the Presidents Men", and I wonder if we are not living through another Republican Presidency that has lied to us about something. No, not about the War or even taxes...nothing like that at all. Nothing to even add up to the momentous ties that were told to the country in that part of our History. But, I do believe we have been lied to by the President of the United States in one respect. That is in the pool of immigration. We have been lied to and told that we are supposed to be supportive of the Bill in front of the Senate right now, because if we are not, we are not REAL Americans. We are racists and bigots for even saying that the president is wrong with this one, and that right there is a crime!

This is what I say to Mr. Bush: We are NOT going to sit here while you push your globalists agenda down the throats of people who want to keep the sanity in this nation. We want to preserve this nation the way it was founded...by the Constitution of this nation, not of other nations or of some sort of North American Union, which we all know these politicians want. But the real question here is why do they want it? The Democrats are no better on this issue. They will not fight Bush on this, even though it would help them more than they even know. There are people like me out there that would vote for a Dem if he said that this immigration Bill was full of it and should not even be put to a vote. Luckily, there are Republicans as well who do not like this Bill, and they are also running for President. I guess we cross our fingers and wait to see what happens.

I believe this is an issue that can not be looked past. If this bill passes, which I believe it just might, there will be MANY illegals with the power to vote very very soon. This is what the people in Congress are praying for. Once these people are allowed the right to vote, our vote is pointless to them. They can all fight over the Hispanic vote when they are done. This is all what they want. They want the North American Union so bad they will sail the U.S. and its Constitution down the river. But the REAL problem is that most people just do not care. Why do they not care about one of the most important issues of our day? The reason is because they have no idea what is going on. Have you read the 400 some odd pages of the bill for immigration reform? I have not. I do not have the time, just like most Americans do not have the time to do it. This should infuriate more people than it has, but it has not. I say we start asking the tough questions of our Government and our leaders, just as Bernstein and Woodward asked the tough questions of the Government when they did the story of Watergate. Like I said, this story does not even touch the surface of a story like that. But it has a lot to do with the future of this nation and who it will be run by.

I have no idea if anyone will even read this post, since it seems no one ever comes to this site anymore to comment, so I may have to repost on my myspace site to get the discussion going. But this is what I hope for. I hope that people will become mad at this government for trying to make the people look like monsters for believing in the right to sovereignty. This country has done some amazing things in the past, but now we are hitting a point in History where we need to ask more questuions and make sure they are answered better than they have been. The people and only the people can make that happen. The Government should never become more powerful than the people of the nation who elects them, but that has become the norm over the past 40 or even 50 years. People who run this nation are running it for corporations and the wealthy, not for the everyday person. I am not singling out anyone here. I mean Democrats and Republicans are guilty of this. I am one that will not sit and wait for the final straw to be drawn on this nation. I love this nation and everything it has done, good and bad...for one reason.....WE ARE THE GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD! No question about that...it is a fact. Through everything that has happened to us over the years, we have come back strong. But this time it is people inside the government who want to make every single American look like a fool, not another nation. They feel we can be stronger if we are apart of a larger nation, and I say we will be weaker. They say we need the work force, I say get the lazy bums off of the welfare system and get them to work. They say people like me are racist for the way I think, I say they are in the minority for the way they think.

Do not let the government control you, you control the government. Not just on election day, but every day.

Lieberman: U.S. Should Weigh Iran Attack

WASHINGTON (AP) - Sen. Joseph Lieberman said Sunday the United States should consider a military strike against Iran because of Tehran's involvement in Iraq.

"I think we've got to be prepared to take aggressive military action against the Iranians to stop them from killing Americans in Iraq," Lieberman said. "And to me, that would include a strike over the border into Iran, where we have good evidence that they have a base at which they are training these people coming back into Iraq to kill our soldiers."

The U.S. accuses Iran of fostering terrorism and Tehran's nuclear ambitions have brought about international reproach.

Lieberman, the Democratic nominee for vice president in 2000 who now represents Connecticut as an independent, spoke of Iranians' role in the continued violence in Iraq.

"We've said so publicly that the Iranians have a base in Iran at which they are training Iraqis who are coming in and killing Americans. By some estimates, they have killed as many as 200 American soldiers," Lieberman said. "Well, we can tell them we want them to stop that. But if there's any hope of the Iranians living according to the international rule of law and stopping, for instance, their nuclear weapons development, we can't just talk to them."

He added, "If they don't play by the rules, we've got to use our force, and to me, that would include taking military action to stop them from doing what they're doing."

Lieberman said much of the action could probably be done by air, although he would leave the strategy to the generals in charge. "I want to make clear I'm not talking about a massive ground invasion of Iran," Lieberman said.

"They can't believe that they have immunity for training and equipping people to come in and kill Americans," he said. "We cannot let them get away with it. If we do, they'll take that as a sign of weakness on our part and we will pay for it in Iraq and throughout the region and ultimately right here at home."

To deal with Iran's nuclear ambitions, Democratic presidential hopeful Bill Richardson said tough negotiation is called for.

"I would talk to them, but I would build an international coalition that would promote and push economic sanctions on them," Richardson said. "Sanctions would work on Iran. They are susceptible to disinvestment policy. They are susceptible to cuts, economic sanctions in commodities."

On Friday, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Iran's detention of at least four Americans is unwarranted but will not stop Washington from trying to engage Iran on other matters, including its disputed nuclear program and alleged support of insurgents in Iraq.

In an Associated Press interview, Rice also appeared to cast doubt on whether the U.S. would take its tentative diplomatic outreach to Iran any further for now.

The U.S. and Iranian ambassadors in Iraq met last month for the first public, substantive high-level discussions the two countries have held in nearly three decades. Although limited to the topic of violence and instability in Iraq, the talks have been seen as a possible window to better relations.

Immediately after the meeting in Baghdad, Iran announced plans for another. But U.S. Ambassador Ryan Crocker said Washington would decide only after the Iraqi government issued an invitation.

U.S. officials also said they wanted to see Iran follow up on U.S. complaints that it is equipping and helping insurgents who attack American forces.

Lieberman spoke on "Face the Nation" on CBS. Richardson was on "Late Edition" on CNN.

MY THOUGHTS

I guess the Party that Lieberman used to call home should take a page from his book and do what is right. Though I do not agree with him on every single issue, he has surprised me to the point where I am almost happy he is in the Senate still. He sees it the way it should be seen; Iran is a threat and they are causing deaths to American Soldiers in Iraq. I do not know why others just can not come to terms with this. Is it because people are afraid of another war in the Middle East, or is it that people are afraid if we get rid of the Iranian regime we may win the war? It is one of those...probably the ladder if you are a Democrat!

Understand this, I know I write about this issue a lot, but it is one of the most important issues of our day. The Iranians SHOULD be attacked. We should have done it already. There is news today that the U.S. and the Israelis have started training together in Air Force Drills.

Do not kid yourselves...if we do nothing to stop the Iranians, the Israelis will, with the force that Iran wishes they could use on us! If Iran flexes their muscles, there is no doubt in my mind the Israelis would use tacticle nuclear weapons to ruin their regime and also help the U.S. win the war, finally, in Iraq. Sadly, they may be the only hope left for the end of a regime in Iran that could become as lethal as Nazi Germany.

Reid says U.S. strike on Iran would be destabilizing

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid rejected on Monday another prominent senator's call for a military strike against Iran, saying a U.S. attack would destabilize the Middle East.

Sen. Joseph Lieberman, an independent from Connecticut and chairman of the Homeland Security Committee, said over the weekend the United States should be prepared to use military force to stop Iran from training and equipping Iraqi militants blamed for the deaths of U.S. troops in Iraq.

Iran has denied supplying Iraqis with armor-piercing munitions and U.S. officials say they cannot prove complicity on the part of the Tehran government.

But Lieberman, appearing on CBS' Sunday program "Face the Nation," said the United States had "good evidence" that Iraqis were being trained to use the weapons at a camp inside Iran. He advocated a military strike in retaliation, saying much of the job could be done with air strikes.

"The invasion of (Iran) is only going to destabilize that part of the world more," Reid said on Monday after speaking at a forum hosted by the Center for American Progress think tank.

"I know Joe means well, but I don't agree with him," the Nevada Democrat added. He advocated continued diplomatic efforts with Iran instead.

Reid's comments appeared on thinkprogress.org, a Center for American Progress blog, and were confirmed by his Senate staff.

Analysts described Lieberman's comments as an escalation of official U.S. rhetoric. Up to now, officials including President George W. Bush have vowed to confront any Iranian networks found inside Iraq.

"This takes it across the border," said Ray Takeyh, an Iran expert at the Council on Foreign Relations.

"But it would not be a surgical limited strike. It could potentially escalate into a much more serious confrontation between the two countries, and if that's the direction Lieberman wants to go, he has to be very honest about the potential pitfalls."

The White House said the Bush administration delivered a strong message to Iran during meetings last month in Iraq.

"We urge the Iranians to live up to their commitment to play a positive role inside Iraq," said White House National Security Council spokesman Gordon Johndroe, who was traveling with Bush in Bulgaria.

State Department spokesman Tom Casey responded to Lieberman's comments by saying the United States is pursuing "a diplomatic policy with respect to Iran."

MY THOUGHTS

I posted a story similar to this yesterday, which spoke about Joe Leiberman's position on Iran. I thought I would be fair, and post one from the other side as well.

There is really not to much for me to say that I have not said already. Now, Harry Reid suggets that a military strike on one of the most dangerous nations in the Middle East would DESTABLIZE the region? This is so good. If he was not being serious, I would laugh until it would would my sides. But, unfortunatly, he is being serious. A rouge regime with a nuke will not destabalize the region, but a military strike on said nation will! This is the Democratic Party at its finest. First, they tell us the war in Iraq is destablizing the region, then it is a strike on Iran. Which one is it. If the region is already in disaray, then how could another strike put it in disaray?

Here is what I think. I think the Democrats are afraid to win this war...because it will give Republicans a HUGE boost going into 2008. They ONLY care about politics, not about the people who they represent. If it means losing a war to get them elected, they will do it in a heartbeat. You have to understand the mind of a Defeatist to really understand what is going on in this country today. Sadly, most do not, and keep falling for the same old tricks as they have before. No Republican nor nothing that I can write about in this blog will ever change the mind of a Defeatist.

To them, we should keep TALKING with the Iranians, to try and work something out. To me, I always thought that this country had a policy not to negotiate with terrorists, but I guess I was wrong about this natiopn once again. It is falling into the hands of the peace crowd, and nothing good can come out of that. I am sure there were people who thought they could TALK to Adolf Hitler, also. This man in Iran is no different...he just has not been able to KILL the Jews he actually wants to, because he knows they will fight back. This is not 1939 anymore...we should have learned from our past experiences with rouge states, but we have not. Some of you do not know your History, and that is sad. People who do not know their History are condemned to repeat it. If the Dems take full control, the peace crowd will have the FULL floor, and there will be nothing that we can do to stop them.

Some one recently told me that we should give peace a chance.....I say lets give WAR a chance....we have given peace a chance long enough. Time to give Iran what they want...a War. Nothing less.....if you people think they will stop giving weapons to terrorists in Iraq or stop their nuclear program...I got a nice spot on the moon to sell ya!!!

Yet Another Liberal Yinzer

So we are at Sharon Regional Hospital today for my son to have a MRI done. As we are sitting in the waiting room, I overhear this 76-year old liberal yinzer complaining to an orderly about the 'evil' Republicans. "All politicians that are rich and/or have any kind of money are Republican only." What? WHAT?!? My wife shot me an evil glare but I could not resist to chime in on the poor mindless bastard that he is. "No democrats are rich?" I ask. "Nope, they are just like the rest of us working-class Americans. Only the Republicans have any money." Clueless liberal yinzer replies. "Are you friggin' kidding me? Do you really think democratic politicians don't have mansions (like Kerry, Gore, etc), yachts, maids, personal chefs, etc?" I ask in total disbelief. "Ah, what do you know, you weren't alive during the Great Depression." He says. Luckily, for my wife, my son's name was called and my conversation with the clueless, liberal moron ended. However, it just goes to show what great brainwashers the libs are. Because you all know that democrats 'care about the poor...' Yeah, right.

Inshallah we will try to do it in USA to make it the first real Muslim country after the days of rightly guided khalifas Consider the following advantages:

- America can go to jihad against non Muslim countries. It will bring immense wealth in booty and millions of captured women. Canada and Mexico can be easy targets and are conveniently located for easy assault and hauling of booty.

-Since slavery will be allowed government can open slave markets to sell it's 20% share of the captured women.

-Captured women/slave-girls can provide affordable domestic help for house wives and clean enjoyable sex for their husbands.

-Enslaved men can be used as farm labor and factory workers at a much lower cost than unionized labor.

-Unemployed men from the prohibited non Islamic businesses like TV, Photography, computers, mortgage companies, music industry etc can be hired as religious police for the Ministry of Prevention of Vice and Promotion of Virtues . They can be used to beat up women violating burqa laws, arrest men with undersize beards and whip the non religious types found loitering at prayer times.

-Since men will be allowed four wives and unlimited number of slave girls, population boom will result in making the fastest growing religion grow even faster.

-All non muslims will live under dhimmi rules and pay heavy Jizya. Budget deficits will be a thing of the past.

Stoning of adulterers, whipping of alcohol drinkers, cutting of hands and feet of thieves and beheadings of apostates can be carried out after Juma prayers on Fridays in the local stadium. Gate charge for this gory and exciting weekly spectacle can generate a lot of revenue.

-Unemployed male gynecologists can be hired to carry out circumcisions of new male converts.

-Female circumcision can be made mandatory to promote piety and holiness and discourage lewdness among women.

-Marriage age for girls can be lowered to 6 years. That will reduce the burden of support of large poorer families and also promote a sunna, the tradition set by the holy prophet (peace be up on him).

-Whole Ramadan will be declared as public holidays so that every one can pray and recite the Quran.. Why work in the only month in which all ibadah and Quran recitals are worth 70 times the normal sawab (reward)?.

-Shia Muslims on temporary out of town business assignments will be able to do a temporary marriage (Muta) and enjoy home comfort outside of home.

-Since menstruation is a disease according to Quran all menstruating women will be given time off to rest in bed during their periods.

-All toilet seats in the public rest rooms will be reoriented so that one does not defecate facing Mecca .

-All public toilets will have buckets of stones instead of toilet tissues for claiming after defecation as a movement to implement sunna in the country.

-Separate bins along roadside will be placed to drop bones and dried animal feces for jins to snack on.

-Spiraling medical costs can be brought down by the following two prong approaches:

-Imams can be placed in the clinics to recite Quranic ayas (verses) and blow on the patients and pray for them . Their fee will be a fraction of what doctor's charge.

- All pharmacies will be required to dispense black cumin, honey, Indian incense and camel urine as cure for all diseases as recommended by the holy prophet (pbuh). The cost will be a fraction of today's medicines.

-Spiralling prison costs will come down due to the following:

-All men serving time for the crime of rape will be freed if four male witnesses had not testified in the trial. Even if four male witnesses had testified, the criminal will be freed under insanity provision , since only mentally insane will rape in front of four witnesses.

-All men serving sentences for beating wives will be freed as under new American sharia law wife beating will be allowed.

-All thieves will be freed after cutting their hands and feet.

-All pedophiles will be freed as sex with children will not be against law any more.

-All slayers of unbelievers will be freed if they converted to Islam.

There are Muslim extremism in the country today, there are just some that want to cover their eyes and believe it will either go away, or that it just does not exsist at all. We were told right after 9/11 to be watchful for anything suspicious that may happen around us. We were told to keep a watchful eye on people who may seem a little wierd..maybe not in their person but there actions! We were told that this would help national security, and ever since then the Libs have taken the people who actually do this to the cleaners, and make sure their life is a living hell.

The people that told the pilot of the suspicious people on the plane to MN now could be sued by the 6 Imams... Why? Because they saw something they thought was suspicious and told someone? Give me a break! PLEASE! Our whole country sits there after 9/11 and tells us to be vigilant, then now it is wrong to do that because we might hurt their feelings. I do not care who's feelings we have to hurt...if it protects us here at home, then more power to us! The people want to help, they really do. But how many people will go and call the cops when they see something suspicious if the Libs get their way here.

A better question is why does CAIR even care about this, if they did not have a hidden agenda? Some have told me that CAIR is a very respectable group, yet, in this case they do not want people to call in suspicious persons, because...well...it may cause a religious backlash? They do not want people to be vigilant because then it will make it easier for the people they have funded to blow up another building...that is why! (Maybe I crossed the line there, but it was about time someone did...)

I would love to hear your thoughts on this situation. Should people be able to get immunity for calling in these types of tips???

"I thought I would get held in contempt of court because I argued it so vigorously in court," she said, still outraged by the case eight months later. "The father was basically treating his daughter like she was his wife."

John Blanks Jr. of Mason was sentenced to five years - one year in prison for every year he molested his daughter, beginning when she was 13. "She had to get up out of his bed in the morning and go to school, if you can imagine what that was like," Hutzel said.

In May 2006, the girl told a Mason High School official what was going on. "She finally decided she wasn't going to take it anymore and she didn't want her sibling to become a victim," Hutzel said.

Now the girl says in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that the abuse could have been stopped earlier. In November 2004, when she was 16, the girl was forced by her father to have an abortion. She reported the abuse at the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Cincinnati, her lawyer says.

"She tried to put an end to this abuse," said Brian Hurley, "by informing a Planned Parenthood employee that she has been forced to have sex and to do things she did not want to do. Tragically for her, Planned Parenthood's 'don't ask, don't tell' policy was in full force."

State law requires teachers, clinic workers and others to report suspected abuse to police. But Planned Parenthood "completely ignored her cry for help," Hurley said, and his client was "raped on many occasions over the next one and one-half years."

Becki Brenner, president of Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio, said: "I won't speak on individual patients, but I am very eager to see the facts of this case come out for public review. I can't tell you the facts because of the legal issues, but I think people may be surprised."

She also said, "We do not have a 'don't ask, don't tell' policy."

Hurley also represents "Jane Roe," a victim of sexual abuse by her soccer coach at age 14. She was taken by the abuser to Planned Parenthood in the fall of 2004 for an abortion. Although she used a junior-high school I.D. and the coach, 21, paid with a credit card and driver's license, Planned Parenthood failed to report the abuse.

Planned Parenthood officials said they were misled and did not know the man who gave permission and paid for the abortion was the abuser.

That case is still in court. An appeals court hearing is expected Tuesday on Judge Patrick Dinkelacker's order for Planned Parenthood to turn over records of underage abortions to Hurley. As in similar cases in Indiana and Kansas, Planned Parenthood has invoked patient privacy. Even if names and addresses are deleted, Planned Parenthood attorney Daniel Buckley argued there are "profound and significant privacy issues."

But based on records obtained so far, Hurley said, "My guess is that this is just the tip of the iceberg, and that is why Planned Parenthood will do anything to prevent us from seeing its records."

In the Roe case, a Planned Parenthood "Documentation Form for Suspected Sexual or Child Abuse Report" says:

"Patient reports pregnancy is a result of sexual assault by a stranger."

"After consultation with (Planned Parenthood) attorney, report of a crime to the police was not made; due to physician-patient privilege, we are prohibited from reporting as no severe bodily injury was reported."

Hurley said prosecutors in four local counties know of no such exception to reporting requirements. Hutzel agreed. If evidence of severe injury were required, "there would be no reports in the vast majority of situations," Hurley said.

Hutzel said she is "keeping the door open" for possible criminal prosecution depending on what is revealed in the civil case.

"By failing to report it and giving her an abortion and birth-control pills, they sent her home with him and he abused her for another year and a half," she said. "That had to have been one of the darkest days of her life. She has just had an abortion, now she has to get back in the car and go home with him."

Hurley also found a note in Planned Parenthood files about sexual abuse that mentions "don't ask, don't tell."

Since the Democrats have taken offic, I said they have done nothing to help the people of this country, and some of you on the left laughed at me saying they have done things for this country, and they will continue to do more. Well, I guess that is lost on most of the American people, because now Congress has a lower rating than the President. I did not think I would ever see the day, but it has come. The Libs have found a way to screw up a good thing, and tick the American people off before they could even do anyting to get on their good side.

I have said many times before on this blog that the American people did not vote for the Dems to take control because they hate Republicans, it is because the Republicans needed to be shown a lesson, I just hope they have learned that lesson.

The Democrats are racing around trying to get something done to show the people of this country...and the next thing will probably be an immigration Bill that the President will sign because he is weak and sad on this issue. He will give the Dems what they want, and make them look good in the process. It will make them look like they reached across the isle to work with the President, and in turn the ratings will go up.

I am no idiot, I know how this game works. The Libs are right where the Republicans want them...now it is time for the fight of a lifetime on Immigration. The TRUE Conservatives should go to the President and make ure he veto any immigration bill that is not tough enough. That means....

1) Close the border down completly. No one can get in anytime they feel like it. If they want in, they come in the way everyone else has to...no matter how long that takes them.

2) Make sure the people who are in this country illegally are found and shipped out. This may not be possible, but it is probable. You will never find them all, but if they want their benefits, they will be somewhere...that is for sure!!!!

3) The bill must state that people who entered this country illegally will be put to the back of the line when it comes to getting a chance to come back in. There are people who wait years to come to this land legally, and there is no way it is fair for others to wait because we have a flood of illegals invading our shores! And do not fool yourselves, this is an invasion!

WASHINGTON, DC - Former U.S. House Majority Leader Dick Gephardt, who recently closed a major deal to serve as a foreign agent for the Turkish government, has already begun lobbying on behalf of his new client against the very same Armenian Genocide Resolution that he once vigorously supported while a Member of Congress, reported the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA).

Gephardt's sharp departure from his principled stand for Armenian Genocide recognition was highlighted this week in a Dear Colleague letter circulated to all Members of Congress by Representatives Frank Pallone (D-NJ), the Co-Chairman of the Armenian Caucus, Adam Schiff (D-CA), the lead sponsor of the Armenian Genocide Resolution, and Anna Eshoo (D-CA), the only Armenian American serving in the U.S. Congress. Many topics here to discuss.....

Wow, where can I begin to even start with the day in news. Not a lot of REAL big news going on, but there was somethings that are worth putting in a blog tonight. As some of you may know, I am a true believer that something must be done about Iran's nuclear facilities before anything else can be done by them to harm the world.

Plus, I know this will be a heated debate: GAS PRICES!!! I do n ot know how many of you drive on a regular basis, probably many. I have some thoughts on this issue as well. Plus, look at the abortion blog in the morning. It will be updated a little.

The most important thing, I believe, on the minds of Americans right now is the rising price of gas. It has become something that it never should be, or never should have, which ever way you want to look at it. Yes, we can sit here and compare our price of gasoline to the price they pay in Europe, but I do not beoieve that does us any good here. We are not Europe. We are a nation that is depending way to much on others to give us our oil, and that will be our downfall at some point. The Environmental wackos have gone so far as to make sure we do not drill anywhere in Alaska, no matter what promises we make to them about being safe. And to top it all off, there has not been a new refinery built in this country for over 30 years! With all of that going on, how is this country ever going to get out of the world oil market and back to making and selling our own forms of energy. It does not even have to get to the point yet where we are running cars off of, ohh lets say, PURE ethenol. Yes, it would be nice to have these other types of energies work for us, but I do not believe that is the answer in the short term. The answer is get our own, so we do not have to depend on others, who may or may not be our friends to begin with.

We are playing a dangerous game here, and it just does not seem to be getting any better. Who knows if it ever will get better. All I know is that there are Americans that are troubled by the rising gas prices, and something needs to be done about it. It is almost the summer driving season, and by that time all of the nation will be paying over 3 bucks a gallon for gas...if you live in California...I am soooooo sorry! I really feel bad for you! But there is a reason for all of this, and it can all be traced back to the environmental people that are pushing for new regulations every single day. I am sorry, I am all for making the environment better, but these people have crossed the line into insanity. No steps that are taken are ever good enough for them, they always want more and more control over what you put into your car, and for that matter what kind of car you should drive. Give me a break, and let me drive an SUV if I want to drive an SUV. I am not hurting you, you will not die in 3 months because I have a big car! Get real, and face the reality that the environment people have more on their minds than just saving people from what may come out of your car when you are driving. These are the same people, by the way, who come make speeches about driving gas guzzling cars, then drive off in their Limos or Hummers! They al know where they can put their Hybrid car!!!

IRANIAN THREAT...MY THOUGHTS ONCE AGAIN

This issue is a never ending story. I have not written to much about this issue since the sailors were let go by the Iranians. But I believe it is one of the most important issues this country has, as far as National Security worries go at least. They are sending weapons into Iraq, and we do nothing about it. The President will not even stand up and say anything about it. The whole Administration must feel it is a mott point, but I do not believe it is. Something has to be done about the Iranians, and it must be done very soon. They are getting more powerful by the day, and when they get the bomb the dealing is all but over. They do not want to deal with us or anyone else for that matter. They want nothing more than what Hitler wanted, a world controlled by his people, no matter what it took. We now have a new Hitler on the scene, and he is the President of Iran! We have sat here for years and let him walk all over the United States for reasons we will just never know.

And just before I started writing this blog, I read a story from the New York Times online that says the IAEA has concluded that Iran has worked out most of the tech problems they had with enriching uranium, so mor can now be processed by the rouge regime. This puts them right near the capability to build a nuclear weapon. Why would be let this happen? Why would the world want any part of a nuclear Iran? There is a very simple answer to this question!

THE LEFT HAS SCARED THE RIGHT!!!! That is it in a nutshell, folks! The left has been against the war in Iraq for so long, and has tried to make peace with the Iranians, the people with any power on the right are afraid of what might be said if the President actually did strike Iran. It is sad, really. The President is looking at his poll numbers and think they matter to him right now. He will be gone out of office soon, and if he does not do something to try and break up what is going on in Iraq right now and put the Iranians down, we may all be in trouble...real big trouble.

There is no doubt in my mind there is right and wrong in the world today. Bad things happen every single day. Just turn on the news, and you will see that no matter where it is in this country, someone either robbed a bank, killed someone, kidnapped someone, or shot up a school. Of course, there has been evil in the world ever since the beginning. But that is really not what I want to talk about today. What I really want to get out to you people is the actual meaning of right and wrong. No dictionary can tell you what it REALLY means to each and every one of us.

Every single person, I believe, wants to do right, or right a wrong if they committed it. Yes, there are the crazies out there that do not care what they do to hurt others. They are the minority, and mean nothing to you and I! They will get what is coming to them. They are rats, and deserve to be treated as such.

What has happened this week in my blog is an example of something totally wrong to do. I run this blog saying I want free debate, but on the other hand there is no way I can overlook the hatred that has overtaken the blog in the recent weeks. I am hoping that hatred is gone, and gone for good. Like I have said many times in the past, I am here to write and get my voice heard, not pick fights with people that have no intellect what-so-ever! It is a waste of my time, and also a waste of the readers that actually want to read something worth while!

Having said that, why is it not more custom to be civil anymore? I do not mean we all have to come in here and get along, and sing a show tune together. I mean listen to each others comments and respect them for what they are, their opinions on a certain subject. No one in here, Republican or Democrat, believe they can get someone to change their way of thinking. Once someone is set on something, that is what the believe. (Except for Rudy Guliani, who does not know if he is for or against abortion on a daily basis...but he is not in this blog, so I guess that means nothing)

It has never been about left or right for me in my writings. I write what I feel, and that is what I feel is right. Others may think I am wrong, and that is fine with me. That is called debate, and I love to have it. But sometimes, there is a right and a wrong way of doing things, and the past week we have seen the wrong way of debating with others.

Here is my point: If the person who wrote the comment would have been called a Nazi for supporting President Bush and the war efforts, would that person in turn also be mad and upset they were called a name that is catogorically untrue? I believe so, and I believe I would have had to do the same thing I did, just for a different person.

I really do not want to go into another blog about what happened, I was just using this as an example, because it goes straight to my point.

Your ideas, no matter if I agree with them or not, are not the only ones out there. That is why thousands of people online write every single day, thinking they may have the next bright idea for a solution to the worlds problems. I am NOT one of those people. I may offend some with the wording I us at time, but that is only because I feel passionate about that I write. There is a line in the sand though, and people cross it sometimes. I hope I have not been one of those people.

I guess the moral of the story is trying to do right is hard, but it is the best. What I have done in this last week to make this blog better was right, in my opinion.

But before I end this blog, there is another aspect of right and wrong I want to loom at, and that is every day life. Forget about the blogs and being PC for a minute. How about every day when you go to work, to school, or where ever you go. Is it easier not to be nice to people, because if you fake it they will hate you later? I beloieve it is easier to tell people a lie than it is the truth. But that all goes back to right and wrong and what we are lacking as a society today. There is no truth to people anymore. They lie to get out of anything and everything. People who have money do not want to go to jail, because they feel they may have done wrong, but they are not as low as "common folk". (refering to Paris Hilton) The right thing to do would be to go to jail and serve your time like anyone else would have to. But she feels she is above any law this country can make, and that is a theme running through Hollywood, or anyone with a big bank account for that matter.

We have put some of these celebs on a pedastool, and told them they are allowed to do wrong, as long as we can read it in the Tabloids the next day.

I feel this country is loosing its goodness. People are fighting all over the place for no reason but to fight. There are people that will change their positions just to start a fight with someone they once agreed with. There is no personal attachment to political candidates, because we all have the same feeling about all of them....they are corrupt and no good! The political system, which we use to elect GOOD people to represent us in the Nations Capital and other parts of the country and world, has become nothing but another money making machine where if you want power, you better have the money to fight off the people with the HUGE bank accounts. This is politics, right or wrong, it still is. There is no room out there for a person with little money to run for President or Congress. I am sorry to say that, because I bet you that the people with very little money would get this country running the way it should in a matter of months, not years!

On the other hand, "Absolute power corrupts absolutly". So, the middle class Americans who may have a chance to win may fall for the same things their predecessors did! This is one of the things that really scares me about getting invovled with politics. I am a good person, in my own opinion, and I would try to do my best to help whatever branch of Government I would be asked to. But there is always those people who will come after you to pull you down to their level. I have seen it. I have seen many good, honest people run for political office, and when they get to Washington, it i like they were a whole different person.

This blog went through a lot of right and wrong, and something that have nothing to do with right and wrong, but still was on my mind and I did not feel like putting into another blog. As a nation, we need to start thinking about what is going to be the best way to move forward in the future. I believe it will be a political system that is not run by the special interest groups on both sides of the isle. I believe it will be by everyday people like you and me. The only problem is we need to get an everyday joe intheir that knows his stuff, and make sure that person does not fall under the spell of power. Then and only then will we see the improvement of the country as a whole, and open debate from all sides will continue to grow!

Where our security is at, and where will it take us?

I have to credit this idea to Paula(Princess) who brought up the topic in a previous blog.

Our nations security is one of the most important parts of our society today. There is no doubt that security as we have known it over the years changed right after 9/11, and for good reason. On that day, we found out the hard way that people just did not like us, and would kill as many as possible to make sure we would not be a world power any longer. Of course, they were wrong, and one hit will not do that to a country that will stand together in times of trouble.

But is our security strong enough? Since 9/11, there have been NO attacks on American soil...that shows me that the security we have in place has worked, for the most part. There is no way to stop every single attack. If we tell ourselves that we will, we are sadly mistaken. Someone, somewhere, at some time, will hit us again. Who knows where and how hard, but it will still be a situation where people will say that we need MORE security.

I do not believe our Founders could have ever imagined this ever happening in a country like the one they lived in. Yes, I do believe they had in mind we would have to fight wars from time to time, just to keep the country safe.

If you do believe that, then that means something else had to be done. I know some of you out tere just HATE the Patriot act, because you think the F.B.I and the CIA are litening in to every single persons phone calls in America....but if they were, what is the problem with that? We have come to the point where the right to privacy issue must be addressed! Frankly, I do not believe the government oversteps its bounds when they do things like this, because it i for the express purpose of keeping us safer. I have nothing to hide! If the government wants to listen to me talk to my girlfriend, then so be it. They will be bored out of their minds! But, the issue here is not the Patriot Act, unless there are people that do want to discuss it?

I believe the issue is a great point made by Princess, and that was is this country going to turn into a police state like Israel? AND, if it does, is that necessarily a bad thing?

First, you would have to believe that Israel is a total police state, which I suppose they are and must be to keep themselves safe! There will come a point in this country that we will have to have the debate over whether we are doing enough to secure the homeland, and are we on the right track? I do not believe putting security at every single mall in America is what we need right now! I know we need security, but there has to be a point where we draw the line and say we are doing fine and that is that!

The problem is when people are told to say something when they see something suspicious, and it blows back in their faces. Like in the case of the "Flying Imams"! For those of you who have not heard the story, I will go through a quick run through...

Last year, there were 6 Imams on a U.S. Air Flight to Bloomington. While on the plane, they started praying, in Arabic, and also talked amongst themselves in Arabic. The other passengers on the plane were feeling a little suspisious, and told the pilot. The pilot ordered them off the plane, which he has every right to do, and the 6 men were detained and questioned, and later released. The case has become something of a story the media just does not want to touch, for one reason or another. But it is a great example of why we must be vigilant, especially in places like airports!

You can discuss amongst yourselves if you feel the six men got the short end of the stick in this deal. To me, they SHOULD have known when they started doing that people would get a little uneasy. I do not care who you are, after 9/11 everything has changed, and every single one of you would be thinking the same thing..."WHAT ARE THEY DOING?" The situation, especially at the airports in this country, has become so difficult to deal with because of the PC crowd and we ALL must be TOLERANT to the other way of thinking. Yes, we MUST let them pray, but at what expense? If it is going to cause a scene, then I believe we have to look at what is done. These men may have been upstanding citizens, but they also should have known it would scare the crap out of people also!

The country is safe now, but when the next terrorist hits, what will happen then? Will we be more inclined to put stricter measures on top of the ones we have right now? I truly believe that there will come a time that we may be like Israel, in the security angle anyway. But here in the U.S. it would be far worse!

Imagine this scenario...and I will leave you to discuss......

You wake on Wednesday morning in June, and see on the TV that a cell of terrorists have struck multiple cities with dirty bombs. The country is in panic, and the government must find a way to stop the people from rioting in the streets. The people want to know where their family members are, but since the zones in which the bombs went off are contaminated, no one has any answers. The Government has no idea if the attacks are just the begining of something much bigger, and far worse.

The President decides to declare Martial law in every major city in America. Road Blocks, curfews, the whole shebang! No one can leave their home, go to work, go on vacation, and the economy is stopped dead!

What will be the peoples reaction to it? I believe people would go even more crazy if something like this would happen. Obviously, it is just a scenario! It may never happen, who knows. It also sounds like an episode of "24".....Sorry to say, but it does!

The War is becoming a Liability!

I love to look at things through the eyes of a politician, because one day soon I hope to be one as well. The stradegy that must go into every single word you say, and every action you put forward, is amazing! No matter what you say or do, it will be on the evening news that day, without a doubt. That is what makes politics fun, it keeps you on your toes!

Recently, we have seen many Republicans take issue with the War in Iraq! Most of these Republicans are ones who are running for the Presidency in 2008! They know, as I do, backing this war could cost them their chance. Most will not go as far as to say we should get out of Iraq, but it is still early. The polling numbers have shown people just want to get the job done and get out..NOW! I am not one to base MY opinion on poll numbers, because those polls mean nothing to me. I am just a blogger putting out my view to everyone out there!

There is no doubt this war has been handled very badly, and right from the begining. I still believe it was right to go and take out Saddam, and that our troops were needed to do so and keep the Iraqi people safe in a uncertain time. But there has to be more than that being done, and I believe it has not been done yet!

It seems that almost every single day I find myself standing up for Bush on this issue, because I am one who believes what he did was right. That does not mean I believe HOW he did it was the right way. here is a difference here, and it is one of the points I do NOT agree with President Bush on. He thinks he can sit back and just run out the term as President and not answer questions about what went wrong.

Was it that we did not have enough troops? Is it that we are not doing enough to stop Iranians from coming into Iraq and bringing weapons to the terror cells located in Iraq? It could be those things, which I do believe we should have had more troops when we started this whole thing. But the fact that nothing is being done to stop the Iranians is the biggest problem Iraq faces right now. There has to be something that can be done to stop them from bringing in those weapons, and we all know they are doing it for one reason and one reason only: To make sure the United States does not win this war. They would like nothing more (Iran) than for us to pack up and leave, so they can take over as the force in Iraq.

We could get up and leave, and that is an option. But there is no way of telling we will not be back there 2 years from now helping them get rid of Iranian scum who have taken over! There is no telling what would happen if they did take over in Iraq. We would be forced to do something, because we took out ONE dictator already in Saddam, and we can not let the country fall again to another rouge regime! That is just NOT an option, no matter who the President is.

Iran has threatened the United States and its allies, most important of those Israel. A strike would almost damage them completely, especially with a nuclear weapon. It would either start a nuclear war in the Middle East, or worse Israel would be taken over by the Iranians. Yes, that is a WORST CASE SENARIO, but it is still possible. All you have to do is read the words that come out of Ahmadimajad's mouth, and you will see this is a threat!

So, my question to you people is this: Has this war become something that it should not have been and what do you think the reason for all the problems are? Yes, I know there are terrorists in the country causing chaos. But I believe the reasoning goes far beyong that!

Illegal Immigration & Immigrants

My entire maternal side of the family emigrated to the United States. Most of them came from the middle east (IRAQ), though they were of Armenian (Christian) ethnicity. They all speak English, adjusted to the American way of life and the American schools they sent their children to DID NOT provide the option of Armenian-speaking classrooms, nor did any employment they secured in America offer employment guides in Armenian. Did my family lose their heritage? Of course not, I went to Armenian church, Armenian functions and I am proud of my ethnicity. Simply put, America offered a better life for my maternal side of the family and they have, to this day, been able to conduct their lives as Americans; yet they have retained their Armenian culture. I was born in America, I love apple pie, BBQ's, bowling, baseball games, etc, yet I go to Armenian churches, baptized my children Armenian and enjoy Armenian cuisine. Does my family feel slighted since the American g'vt did not provide Armenian options? No. My family understood what America was all about and adjusted. That being said, I think it is utterly preposterous that there are students in American public schools that cannot speak English and are offered their language-taught classes with my tax dollars. When I moved to Finland back in '91 do you think that the Finnish g'vt gave a damn that I couldn't speak Finnish? Nope. I had to learn the Finnish language, which I did and was able to make my way around in Finland. When my ex-wife and I moved back to America, we went thru hell at Immigration to get her a visa - even though she spoke fluent English. The Immigration Service reasoning was to ensure my ex-wife "would not be a burden to the American people and end up on public assistance," so we had to prove that she could work and live in American society. "A burden...?!?" So, someone please explain to me how all those hundreds of thousands illegal and not illegal immigrants who cannot speak a word of English are not "a burden to the American people?"

Coming from a multil-ethnic family, I am all for LEGAL immigration. America would not be America without all the contributions of our diverse ethnic population. My point is this: "what is good for the goose is good for the gander." The American g'vt simply cannot give special accommodations to one ethnicity without offering it to all, in my opinion. I live in Sharon, PA in the northwestern section of the state and there are English and Spanish written all over the local businesses. Last I checked, I did not notice a huge influx of Hispanic growth in my area. I do, however, notice a large Italian and Slavic flavor to the population, yet I see no Italian or any type of Slavic language on public businesses. We have Christian and Jewish holidays on the American calendar? Fine, then put Muslim, Hindu, Taoist, etc, holidays on it as well. Or, wait, I have a much better idea: HOW ABOUT PUTTING JUST AMERICAN HOLIDAYS ON THE CALENDAR? Ya think? I won't feel slighted that no Armenian, German, Irish, Welsh, Slovak or British holidays are on the calendar because I am aware I live in the USA not Armenia, Germany, the UK or Slovakia. Get my point? I realize the calendar example seems trivial but I say either offer the same options to ALL ETHNICITIES or none at all. Fair is fair.

As far as illegal immigrants, I strongly believe if handled properly, we can as a country solve this problem. I offer an example: my mother belonged and contributed to an Armenian group funded by Armenians living in America that helped other Armenians emigrate to America. "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breath free..." We have, as a country, a moral obligation to provide for immigrants. I just believe they should make their life here in America legally and not come here for a short duration and take all the money they earned illegally back to their country of origin. That is not what the idea behind Ellis Island was all about.

Pelosi threat to sue Bush over Iraq bill

Pelosi recently told a group of liberal bloggers, “We can take the president to court” if he issues a signing statement, according to Kid Oakland, a blogger who covered Pelosi’s remarks for the liberal website dailykos.com. “The president has made excessive use of signing statements and Congress is considering ways to respond to this executive-branch overreaching,” a spokesman for Pelosi, Nadeam Elshami, said. “Whether through the oversight or appropriations process or by enacting new legislation, the Democratic Congress will challenge the president’s non-enforcement of the laws.” It is a scenario for which few lawmakers have planned. Indicating that he may consider attaching a signing statement to a future supplemental spending measure, Bush last week wrote in his veto message, “This legislation is unconstitutional because it purports to direct the conduct of operations of the war in a way that infringes upon the powers vested in the presidency.” A lawsuit could be seen as part of the Democrats’ larger political strategy to pressure — through a series of votes on funding the war — congressional Republicans to break with Bush over Iraq. Democrats floated other ideas during yesterday’s weekly caucus meeting. Rep. Jay Inslee (D-Wash.) suggested that the House consider a measure to rescind the 2002 authorization for the war in Iraq. Several senators and Democratic presidential candidates recently have proposed that idea. “There was a ripple around the room” in support of the idea, said Rep. Lynn Woolsey (D-Calif.). In the 1970s, congressional Democrats tried to get the courts to force President Nixon to stop bombing in Cambodia. The courts ruled that dissident lawmakers could not sue solely to obtain outcomes they could not secure in Congress. In order to hear an argument, a federal court would have to grant what is known as “standing,” meaning that lawmakers would have to show that Bush is willfully ignoring a bill Congress passed and that he signed into law. The House would have to demonstrate what is called “injury in fact.” A court might accept the case if “it is clear that the legislature has exhausted its ability to do anything more,” a former general counsel to the House of Representatives, Stanley Brand, said. Lawmakers have tried to sue presidents in the past for taking what they consider to be illegal military action, but courts have rejected such suits. A law professor at Georgetown Law Center, Nicholas Rosenkranz, said Bush is likely to express his view on the constitutionality of the next supplemental in writing. Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) introduced legislation to that end last year, but the idea of a lawsuit has yet to gain traction in Congress. Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin (D-Mich.) said that “the odds would be good” for a signing statement on the next supplemental, considering that Bush has in the past shown a predilection for excusing his administration from contentious bills. But Levin did not offer any clues as to how Democratic leaders would counter Bush.

I have no idea how this would ever work, but as we all know Liberals in Congress have got a big head now since they won, and they believe they can do whatever it takes to get out of the war in Iraq, even if that means suing the President of the United States! This seems odd to me when there are more pressing issues to be dealt with in this country, like illegal immigration. The Democrats spend their time trying to get Bush to screw up, instead of trying to help the country and make themselves look good. I have no idea who the strategist are for the Libs, but they need a reality check. I am no strategist myself, but I know that people are going to see at some point there is nothing being done about the other issues that face this nation!

Back to the REAL issues...ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION!!!!!

A few months ago, I wrote many blogs dealing with illegal immigration, and SOME of us had a little discussion about it. Well, I obviously have a lot more people coming to the blog now. So, I figured, I don't sleep, so I might as well write about it again! This is cleary a very heated issue, one that will not be settled by a little debate in my blog. But, hopefully we can set some things straight, and make sure the poeple of the world know people that are against illegals are NOT against immigration PERIOD! I have great respect for people that come here legally, get a job, and try to make their life and the life of their family better! I can not praise those people enough. It is the illegal scum coming over the border that really gets under my skin. We COULD stop it, but there is no push by anyone in Congress to do so. (This would be the blog where I rip BUSH a new one...for all you Liberals out there, I am sure you are going to love it)!!!

LIE OF ILLEGALS #1-------WE ARE HERE TO DO THE JOBS OTHER AMERICANS JUST WILL NOT DO!

This is the best one I have ever heard, I believe. There are jobs out there that I, as an American, would not do? I have to beg to differ. We DO still have an unemployment rate out there, which means there are people without jobs, which means they could do the work, it is just that they are to lazy to! The President and Congress know this. They know how lazy this nation has become over the years, and I am sorry but it is the truth.

So, to make things better for everyone, the crapy Congress allows illegal aliens to cross into our country without even questioning the reason. Just because they have given us the exuse that people just will not do the work. This is a lame exuse, and it does not work on people like me. Just think about it... It is not because YOU will not do the job, it is because the illegals will do it MUCH cheaper. Why would I pay you $10/hr to cut lawns with me, when I could pay an illegal $3? There would be no reason to, and that is why businesses do it. Do not take the crap about Americans will not do the jobs, because they will. Bush, when it comes to this issue, is dead wrong. He is so far from reality it makes me sick!

BUSH AND THE NO BORDER RULE

There is no doubt in my mind, from the things he has said and the bills he said he would sign, that Bush is looking for nothing but a North American Union, where there would be no borders. Well, let me clarify. What I mean is that he wants nothing more than to have an E.U. style Government in this Hemisphere, to one day coincide with the Europeans in some fashion or another.

Some people call me crazy for even writing this sometimes! I think it makes perfect sense, but others look at me like I have been dead for 12 years and just started walking around the room. It is scary. Some do not believe, or just do not want to believe, that the powers that be in this world would want to keep that power to themselves, setting up Governments that are a lot more powerful than the ones we see in this world today!

Now, I am not saying there is this secret group of people out there right now running the world until the day comes that we are all ready for the New World Order, or the Illuminati! That would be a far fetched Conspriacy, which I am not to found of in any case. I do believe, however, that there is something going on here, and I believe the other nations who would be involved in this, mainly Mexico, LOVES this idea to no end. To them, it would get their people into this country, and make the immigration laws of the United States moot! They could come and cross whenever they would feel like it, no matter what anyone said.

Threre is a movemnt out thre that would love to see this happen. I believe President Bush is involved very much in this movement. Until the day the immigration debate becomes a REAL debate in this country, all I can do is speculate on how this will turn out.

I would like to hear all your thoughts on this issue! Where do you stand on illegal immigration, and how long do think it will take for a Government like the E.U. to take hold in this Hemisphere?

Allow me to comment on Doc's previous post. I have never smoked pot, or any illegal drug for that matter (though I have been an ass and smoked cigars/cigarettes). I think the use of pot can be dramatically decreased if parents paid more attention to their children. Rodney has touched on this subject on several occasions. It just seems parents aren't doing enough, nor are they paying due attention to their children. My parents, and at the time it drove me bonkers, were 'up my ass!' That being said, as I grew older, I had earned their trust and therefore was not bound by ridiculous curfews and constant snooping. Through high school, a lot of my friends wanted to drink any chance they got and went thru meticulous covert ways to achieve this. Hell, if I really wanted a beer all I had to do was ask my Dad and he would give me one. To me, the idea of drinking lost all its appeal since it wasn't really 'taboo.' Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a beer now and again; just not every night 6-10 at a time. I sincerely believe since my parents were very vigilant and educated me during my early childhood and pre-teen years, it strongly curtailed any chance for me to engage in illegal narcotic use and alcohol abuse. I realize a lot of the mainstream music today (specifically hip-hop) glorify drug use and a lot of people tend to blame the music. I, however, find that somewhat hard to swallow. I grew up listening to heavy metal and suffice it say, I have not killed my mother or tried to commit suicide (not that Tipper Gore and her minions at the PMRC insisted that is what metal was all about). Instead of blaming music and/or other media about your kid's problems, look in the friggin mirror. Being in a heavy-metal band and seeing rampant drug-use, a lot of fellow musicians would tell me that pot/coke/whatever 'gave them a high,' and/or 'mellowed them out.' Have you seen the habitual potheads 20 years later? There is a reason they are called 'burnouts.' Watch a few reruns of TAXI and pay close attention to the character of Jim Ignatowski (played by Christopher Lloyd) and you will know what I mean. As far as coke/crack/heroin, getting that kind of high that can KILL YOU seems counterproductive. Also, if it doesn't kill you, it turns you into a pathetic, lying, 2faced adulterer like a certain former pizza-chain franchisee that I know...

A serious issue that needs debate!

I have been talking to one of my good friends here on myspace today about something that has come up in a blog. This is a very sensitive subject for some people, but I belive, and so do some others, that there should be a forum set up here to talk about it. I am refering to drug use. Mainly Marijuana. I know there are some out there that are trying to push off the crazy idea that marijana is not bad for you....just do it! Yeah, I fell into that trap also. I felt like I had no friends and I just needed some weed sometimes. There is nothing wrong with that! Is there?

Well people, I am sorry to say but there is. There is no denying the facts. I am in no way interested in talking about medical things, but I believe this issue should be talked about right now, before we go ahead with other topics.

There is a sad trend in this country. That is there are more children out there using at even younger ages. Below is a chart of 8th, 10th, and 12th graders, and their marijana usage!

As you can see, this shows that CHILDREN are doing this stuff, not just adults! This is not just an issue of should it be legal for medical purposes, this is an issue of wheather it i right for children to be ruining their brains like they are! You think there is no effect to this stuff? Marijana has a main active substance called THC. THC has been shown to cause short to long term memory loss in people that use the drug! of course some people still refute this claim. It has never been proven one way or the other. My decission would be to air on the side of caution!

Effects on the Brain

Scientists have learned a great deal about how THC acts in the brain to produce its many effects. When someone smokes marijuana, THC rapidly passes from the lungs into the bloodstream, which carries the chemical to organs throughout the body, including the brain.

In the brain, THC connects to specific sites called cannabinoid receptors on nerve cells and influences the activity of those cells. Some brain areas have many cannabinoid receptors; others have few or none. Many cannabinoid receptors are found in the parts of the brain that influence pleasure, memory, thought, concentration, sensory and time perception, and coordinated movement⁴.

The short-term effects of marijuana can include problems with memory and learning; distorted perception; difficulty in thinking and problem solving; loss of coordination; and increased heart rate. Research findings for long-term marijuana abuse indicate some changes in the brain similar to those seen after long-term abuse of other major drugs. For example, cannabinoid (THC or synthetic forms of THC) withdrawal in chronically exposed animals leads to an increase in the activation of the stress-response system⁵ and changes in the activity of nerve cells containing dopamine⁶. Dopamine neurons are involved in the regulation of motivation and reward, and are directly or indirectly affected by all drugs of abuse.

Effects on the Heart

One study has indicated that an abuser's risk of heart attack more than quadruples in the first hour after smoking marijuana⁷. The researchers suggest that such an effect might occur from marijuana's effects on blood pressure and heart rate and reduced oxygen-carrying capacity of blood.

Effects on the Lungs

A study of 450 individuals found that people who smoke marijuana frequently but do not smoke tobacco have more health problems and miss more days of work than nonsmokers⁸. Many of the extra sick days among the marijuana smokers in the study were for respiratory illnesses.

Even infrequent abuse can cause burning and stinging of the mouth and throat, often accompanied by a heavy cough. Someone who smokes marijuana regularly may have many of the same respiratory problems that tobacco smokers do, such as daily cough and phlegm production, more frequent acute chest illness, a heightened risk of lung infections, and a greater tendency to obstructed airways⁹. Smoking marijuana possibly increases the likelihood of developing cancer of the head or neck. A study comparing 173 cancer patients and 176 healthy individuals produced evidence that marijuana smoking doubled or tripled the risk of these cancers¹⁰.

Marijuana abuse also has the potential to promote cancer of the lungs and other parts of the respiratory tract because it contains irritants and carcinogens^9,11. In fact, marijuana smoke contains 50 to 70 percent more carcinogenic hydrocarbons than does tobacco smoke¹². It also induces high levels of an enzyme that converts certain hydrocarbons into their carcinogenic form—levels that may accelerate the changes that ultimately produce malignant cells¹³. Marijuana users usually inhale more deeply and hold their breath longer than tobacco smokers do, which increases the lungs' exposure to carcinogenic smoke. I could go on and on with the facts that support that marijana is bad for you. But I think I would just bore the snot out of some of you, so, that is enough!

What I do not get is that why are people so caught up on making this drug legal? Is it going to make your life so much better if it is legal? I highly doubt it! The only thing this drug can do to you is mess you up...

There are KIDS out there right now smoking pot. They are in 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th grades, and people just do not seem to care about them. Once they start, people figure, it is to late. NO, it is not. Educate the kids on how this drug will harm you way more than it will help you!

But some poeple out there will not care about this. They do not care about the facts when I am writing about the War, or Taxes, or even the Hypocrisy from the left! Why would those same people listen NOW that this drug is bad for you.

6 Charged In Alleged N.J. Terror Plot

..startindex-->NEW YORK -- Six men from New Jersey have been charged in an alleged terror plot against soldiers at Fort Dix, according to law enforcement sources.Investigators said the men planned to use automatic rifles to enter Fort Dix and kill as many soldiers as they could at the New Jersey military base. Fort Dix was just one of several military and security locations allegedly scouted by this group, authorities said.

The suspects, identified as Dritan Duka, Eljvir Duka, Shain Duka, Mohamad Shnewer, Derdar Tatar and Agron Abdullahu, have been charged with conspiring to kill U.S. government employees. Separately, the Duka brothers have been charged with being illegal aliens in possession of firearms.The Dukas, believed to be Islamic radicals, are in the United States illegally, while Shnewer is a U.S. citizen born in Jordan, according to the Justice Department.The U.S. Attorney's office has told NewsChannel 4 that one of the suspects was born in Turkey and four in the former Yugoslavia. Investigators said most of the suspects have spent several years in the United States.White House spokesman Tony Snow said Tuesday there is "no direct evidence" that the men have ties to international terrorism. "They are not charged with being members of an international terrorism organization," Snow said. "At least at this point, there is no evidence that they received direction from international terror organizations."Investigators told NewsChannel 4's Jonathan Dienst that these arrests are the result of a tip to the FBI and use of an informant to track the suspects. Authorities were alerted in January 2006 after the terror suspects traveled to the Poconos for a training exercise where they practiced firing weapons, investigators said.Sources have told NewsChannel 4's Brian Thompson that the suspects tried to have a training videotape converted to DVD at a store in Cherry Hill, N.J., but the store owner alerted authorities.Authorities then inserted a cooperating witness into the alleged terror cell to be a go-between in their attempt to purchase M16 and AK-47 rifles. Arrests were made Monday night after the informant delivered dummy weapons paid for by the alleged terror cell suspects, authorities said.

Investigators said the group discussed targeting numerous locations -- such as Dover Air base, Fort Monmouth, a Coast Guard building in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Federal building -- before deciding on Fort Dix as their intended target. Fort Dix is run in part by the Army and is a reserve-training center, but active units take part in training, some of which focuses on counter-terrorism.Sources told NewsChannel 4's Brian Thompson that the family of one of the suspects owns Super Mario's Pizza, a restaurant near Fort Dix, and that the suspect claimed to know the base "like the back of his hand." The same suspect told the alleged terror group it would be easy to penetrate to "get the most soldiers killed," sources said.Investigators said the group of suspects have been discussing and planning for much of the last year. They allegedly pooled their savings to pay for the operation targeted at soldiers, according to investigators.Some of the group's alleged planning was caught on videotape, investigators said. On the videotape there is significant discussion of martyrdom."Who is going to take care of my wife and kids?" one suspect asks on the tape, according to investigators. Another responds, "Allah will take care of your wife and kids."The alleged terror cell is described by investigators as disciples of Osama Bin Laden. Among the evidence seized was the downloaded will and testament of two Sept. 11 hijackers.

MY THOUGHTS

Luckily, this was caught before anything could be done. But, it also shows that there are terror cells in this country that will attack when they are ready to do so, if they are not caught before hand. There are many different things the Bush Administration has done to stop these types of attacks from happening, even though the liberals hate it when Bush does something right. They have to admit that he has done the job of protecting the homeland from another attack since 9/11, one of the main reasons he was even re-elected. The other is that John Kerry was a moron, but that is for another day.

We cannot fool ourselves though into thinking that this was just a one time thing, and that it would rarely happen in this country. It is something that Al-Quada has wanted to do for some time now, and if they ever find the oppertunity to pull an attack like the one that was averted, then it could mean many others to come as well. We need to keep vigilant, no matter what the left may say about it. It is NOT racial profiling when we already know who attacked us in the past, and more than likely the same people will attack us in the future. That is not saying that there would be no 25 year old White Male who would marter himself in the name of "ALLAH", but the good money says that it will be people like the ones they picked up in this cell.

MY THOUGHTS

This is a blow to his campaign with the Religious Conservatives out there, there is no doubt about it. I had some questions about him before, but this just makes me think even less of him now. It is not bad enough the guy does not know if he is pro-choice or pro-life, but then he did this and expects Conservatives to believe he is pro-life? He has got a lot of explaining to do if he expects to even have a chance from here on out.

Fir those of you who do not know, Planned Parenthood is a group that is well known for their "ABORTION ON-DEMAND" mentality! They have made it very clear that a women should be able to get an abortion when she wants to, and the state should stay out of it all together. Here are a few other restrictions they are opposed to.....

laws requiring parental consent or notification for girls under the age of 18 (or 17 in some states) to have an abortion
laws requiring an ultrasound before abortion (many Planned Parenthood clinics perform, but do not require, ultrasounds)
laws requiring a waiting period (ranging from a couple of hours to a day or more)

I have no idea how Rudy could have let this happen, if he had aspirations to run for the Presidency one day. The Realignment of America
The native-born are leaving "hip" cities for the heartland.

In 1950, when I was in kindergarten in Detroit, the city had a population of (rounded off) 1,850,000. Today the latest census estimate for Detroit is 886,000, less than half as many. In 1950, the population of the U.S. was 150 million. Today the latest census estimate for the nation is 301 million, more than twice as many. People in America move around. But not just randomly.

It has become a commonplace to say that population has been flowing from the Snow Belt to the Sun Belt, from an industrially ailing East and Midwest to an economically vibrant West and South. But the actual picture of recent growth, as measured by the 2000 Census and the census estimates for 2006, is more complicated. Recently I looked at the census estimates for 50 metropolitan areas with more than one million people in 2006, where 54% of Americans live. (I cheated a bit on definitions, adding Durham to Raleigh and combining San Francisco and San Jose.) What I found is that you can separate them into four different categories, with different degrees and different sources of population growth or decline. And I found some interesting surprises.

Start with the Coastal Megalopolises: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago (on the coast of Lake Michigan), Miami, Washington and Boston. Here is a pattern you don't find in other big cities: Americans moving out and immigrants moving in, in very large numbers, with low overall population growth. Los Angeles, defined by the Census Bureau as Los Angeles and Orange Counties, had a domestic outflow of 6% of 2000 population in six years--balanced by an immigrant inflow of 6%. The numbers are the same for these eight metro areas as a whole.

There are some variations. New York had a domestic outflow of 8% and an immigrant inflow of 6%; San Francisco a whopping domestic outflow of 10% (the bursting of the tech bubble hurt) and an immigrant inflow of 7%. Miami and Washington had domestic outflows of only 2%, overshadowed by immigrant inflows of 8% and 5%, respectively.

This is something few would have predicted 20 years ago. Americans are now moving out of, not into, coastal California and South Florida, and in very large numbers they're moving out of our largest metro areas. They're fleeing hip Boston and San Francisco, and after eight decades of moving to Washington they're moving out. The domestic outflow from these metro areas is 3.9 million people, 650,000 a year. High housing costs, high taxes, a distaste in some cases for the burgeoning immigrant populations--these are driving many Americans elsewhere.

The result is that these Coastal Megalopolises are increasingly a two-tiered society, with large affluent populations happily contemplating (at least until recently) their rapidly rising housing values, and a large, mostly immigrant working class working at low wages and struggling to move up the economic ladder. The economic divide in New York and Los Angeles is starting to look like the economic divide in Mexico City and São Paulo.

Democratic politicians like to decry what they describe as a widening economic gap in the nation. But the part of the nation where it is widening most visibly is their home turf, the place where they win their biggest margins (these metro areas voted 61% for John Kerry) and where, in exquisitely decorated Park Avenue apartments and Beverly Hills mansions with immigrant servants passing the hors d'oeuvres, they raise most of their money.

The bad news for them is that the Coastal Megalopolises grew only 4% in 2000-06, while the nation grew 6%. Coastal Megalopolitan states--New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois--are projected to lose five House seats in the 2010 Census, while California, which has gained seats in every census since it was admitted to the Union in 1850, is projected to pick up none.

You see an entirely different picture in the 16 metro areas I call the Interior Boomtowns (none touches the Atlantic or Pacific coasts). Their population has grown 18% in six years. They've had considerable immigrant inflow, 4%, but with the exceptions of Dallas and Houston, this immigrant inflow has been dwarfed by a much larger domestic inflow--three million to 1.5 million overall.

Domestic inflow has been a whopping 19% in Las Vegas, 15% in the Inland Empire (California's Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, where much of the outflow from Los Angeles has gone), 13% in Orlando and Charlotte, 12% in Phoenix, 10% in Tampa, 9% in Jacksonville. Domestic inflow was over 200,000 in the Inland Empire, Phoenix, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Orlando. These are economic dynamos that are driving much of America's growth. There's much less economic polarization here than in the Coastal Megalopolises, and a higher percentage of traditional families: Natural increase (the excess of births over deaths) in the Interior Boomtowns is 6%, well above the 4% in the Coastal Megalopolises.

The nation's center of gravity is shifting: Dallas is now larger than San Francisco, Houston is now larger than Detroit, Atlanta is now larger than Boston, Charlotte is now larger than Milwaukee. State capitals that were just medium-sized cities dominated by government employees in the 1950s--Sacramento, Austin, Raleigh, Nashville, Richmond--are now booming centers of high-tech and other growing private-sector businesses. San Antonio has more domestic than immigrant inflow even though the border is only three hours' drive away. The Interior Boomtowns generated 38% of the nation's population growth in 2000-06.

This is another political world from the Coastal Megalopolises: the Interior Boomtowns voted 56% for George W. Bush in 2004. Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia and Nevada--states dominated by Interior Boomtowns--are projected to pick up 10 House seats in the 2010 Census.

What about the old Rust Belt, which suffered so in the 1980s? The six metro areas here--Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Milwaukee, Buffalo, Rochester--have lost population since 2000. Their domestic outflow of 4% has been only partially offset by an immigrant inflow of 1%. If the outflow seems smaller than in the 1980s, it's because so many young people have already left. Natural increase is only 2%, lower than in Orlando or Jacksonville in supposedly elderly Florida. Their economies are ailing, more of a drag on, than an engine for, the nation. They're not the source of dynamism they were 80 or 100 years ago. They continue to vote Democratic, but their 54% for John Kerry was much lower than the Coastal Megalopolis's 61%. Their states are projected to lose six House seats in the 2010 Census.

The fourth category is what I call the Static Cities. These are 18 metropolitan areas with immigrant inflow between zero and 4%, with domestic inflow up to 3% and domestic outflow no higher than 1%. They seem to be holding their own economically, but are not surging ahead and some are in danger of falling back. Philadelphia makes the list, and so do Baltimore, Hartford and Providence in the East.

Surprisingly, some Western cities that boomed in the 1990s are in this category too: Seattle (the tech bust again), Denver, Portland. In the Midwest, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Columbus and Indianapolis are doing better than their Rust Belt neighbors and make the list. In the South, Norfolk, Memphis, Louisville, Oklahoma City and Birmingham are lagging enough behind the Interior Boomtowns to do so. Overall the Static Cities had a domestic inflow of just 18,000 people (.048%) and an immigrant inflow of 2%. Politically, they're a mixed bag, a bit more Democratic than the nation as a whole: 52% for Kerry, 47% for Bush.

I have left two atypical metro areas out, because they stand alone. One is New Orleans, with a 25% domestic outflow; it was already losing population and attracting almost no immigrants before Katrina. The other is Salt Lake City, which demographically looks a lot like the America of the 1950s. In 2000-2006 its population grew a robust 10%. But it had a domestic outflow of 4% (young Mormons going off on their missions?), balanced by an immigrant inflow of 4%. The chief driver of population growth there is kids: Salt Lake City's natural increase was 9%, the largest of any of our metro areas, hugely greater than San Francisco's 3% or Pittsburgh's minus 1%. Politically, New Orleans was split down the middle in 2004, with Bush leading 50% to 49%, while Salt Lake City, the least Republican part of Utah, was still 60% for Bush.

What of the rest of the nation? You can find a few smaller metro areas that look like the Coastal Megalopolises (Santa Barbara, university towns like Iowa City), many that resemble the Interior Boomtowns (Fort Myers, Tucson) and the Rust Belt (Canton, Muncie). You can find rural counties that are losing population (as are most counties in North Dakota) and, even amid them, towns that have solid growth (Fargo, Bismarck).

But overall the nation beyond these 49 metro areas looks like the Static Cities: 1% domestic inflow, 1% immigrant inflow, 4% population growth. But politically it is more Republican, taking in as it does large swathes of the South, Great Plains and Rocky Mountains, and in line with the historical record of non-metropolitan areas being less Democratic than metro areas: 56% for Bush, 42% for Kerry.

Twenty years ago political analysts grasped the implications of the vast movement from Rust Belt to Sun Belt, a tilting of the table on balance toward Republicans; but with California leaning heavily to Democrats, that paradigm seems obsolete. What's now in store is a shifting of political weight from a small Rust Belt which leans Democratic and from the much larger Coastal Megalopolises, where both secular top earners and immigrant low earners vote heavily Democratic, toward the Interior Megalopolises, where most voters are private-sector religious Republicans but where significant immigrant populations lean to the Democrats. House seats and electoral votes will shift from New York, New Jersey and Illinois to Texas, Florida, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada; within California, House seats will shift from the Democratic coast to the Republican Inland Empire and Central Valley.

Demography is destiny. When I was in kindergarten in 1950, Detroit was the nation's fifth largest metro area, with 3,170,000 people. Now it ranks 11th and is soon to be overtaken by Phoenix, which had 331,000 people in 1950. In the close 1960 election, in which electoral votes were based on the 1950 Census, Michigan cast 20 votes for John Kennedy and Arizona cast four votes for Richard Nixon; New York cast 45 votes for Kennedy and Florida cast 10 votes for Nixon. In 2012, Michigan will likely have 16 electoral votes and Arizona 12; New York will have 29 votes and Florida 29. That's the kind of political change demographics makes over the years.

UNDERSTANDING LIBERALISM VOL. 2

Where would we be without the crazy liberal machine out at work for the great people of this country. In my last blog, I posted a few of my thoughts about how the Libs are ruining free speech. This time, why don't we take a look at religion, and how it has become a word only to be talked about if you are a Muslim!

LIBERAL LIE #3----- WE RESPECT RELIGION

That is pretty funny no that I think about it. How liberals say they are TOLERANT to the religious right, yet try to block their voice every chance they get. There is no way to keep the machine on the Democratic side happy when it comes to this topis. It must be there is no religion, no matter what....OR SO I THOUGHT!? with the recent story on the footbaths in Kansas City Airport, the Liberals are running and screaming for a talking point that will help them out in this case. Sorry Libs, but you have made UP your minds already and do not have the chance to change them now. You have told us for years that there should be no religion in public places, yet you come in defence of Muslim cab drivers that need to wash their feet...not for the job...BUT TO PRAY!!! Can I have a Bible the next time I go to the airport? I doubt that would ever happen.

The problem I have with all of this is that the Libs have toally reversed position on religion. Not because they had a guilty conscience, but because they feel if they stood up against religion in this case, they would look like people who just flat out hated Muslims. This is what it has come to. There is no respect for courthouses that have the Ten Commandments in them, or city squares that have the Nativity Scene up, but we must accomadate the Islamic world because we are afraid of them.

That is where Liberals are lying to us all. They tell us there is no problem here, knowing full well that there is a problem, they just do not like the solution. If you want to take Christianity out of American life, then, in turn, you must take out ALL religion from Political life.

Can I say that this case has really put me in the group of hating liberalism even more than I did before. It is not enough for them that they want to take free speech rights away from us, but they also have to take away what has been, since the foundation of this great nation, the bedrock of the Union. Look at our money! Say the Pledge! Your money says "IN GO WE TRUST"! Our Pledge says "One nation, under God"! This means absolutly nothing to the people on the left who just want to push the radical agenda of some Muslims off on the rest of us. They feel we should be more accomadating to them, because, in their eyes, we are the reason that they are so mad to begin with. This all leads back to Islam, if you have not noticed by now! It is all about Muslims and their rights to practice their religion no matter where they want to, and the people of this country have to stand aside and watch, if we like it or not.

There is an easy solution for all of this.....If you do not want religion in public places, then end it all, not just some. Just because the left has radical judges on the court that will sway the political winds in their favor, does not mean the public has to stand idle and do nothing or say nothing. Do not let these Judges that hate the Christian God tell us that we can not have the Ten Commandments stand in front of a courthouse! They have been there for years, and just a few years ago there has been a great choas over them. What happaned to being respectful to ones religion, and letting them practice it. I am not saying do not give the Muslims their footbaths...all I am saying is be fair and leave Christianity alone...

There has been a fight over this for years now, the fact that religion should not be anywhere in public. And I can deal with that. But the Liberals have made it so that it is only the Christian God and the Jewish God who are taking all the heat. They make it look like they are evil people who have no place in the United States. I have posted many quotes from our Founders before, and how they felt about religion in the public square and also in schools. I believe they would be appalled to walk the streets of this great nation today, and see what has happened to it. They tried their best to give us something that would last, and we have taken their work and started pushing it right down the toilet. This country was NOT built on the fact that there is no God and if there is one, he does nothing to help us! This country was built by people who believed in God, and wanted the name of God preserved as long as the nation. I know I will never see things go back to the way they were, way back before I was even on this earth. That would be the best case senario. But if that will not happen, then strip the public of all religion, and be fair. No special treatment to the people you libs feel need COMPASSION! We did not provoke anyone, yet we were hit hard. Some of you forget, and that is the REAL shame in all of this.

LIBERAL LIE#4----- THE RICH ARE EVIL, AND NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!

There is no other way to put it. You see the way the left has gone after companies in this country, not letting up at all every single step of the way. They have slammed into the heads of every day normal Americans that rich people are bad, and the wealth they have should be yours as well. This is a very dangerous ideology, which at some point will come to bite us right in the butt. How can we sit here and say the rich are bad, especially when the people who are makin g the comments they are have so much money no one could even count! Maybe it would have been better to name this piece, "LIBERAL HYPOCRISY", because that is what it is turning out to be. YOU, the normal American, are not allowed to be rich and have the things in life you worked so hard to recieve. You should help out the starving children around the world, before you buy that new boat. You know the countries where people are not eating as they should have done so much to improve their quality of life, they deserve a little of your hard earned money! They did nothing wrong!

Give me a break! Maybe these countries would have a little money if it was not for the environmentalists movement that has swept the planet in the form of KYOTO! Unindustrialized nations have no chace to get out of their rut because of these environmentalists, not because Sam, the CPA, will not give $1000 a year to the children of Uganda! Not to mention the corrupt governments that have swept the lands.

This is supposed to be a market system wher, if you do your work right and work hard, then someday you will recieve the benifit. The government has no right to tax the rich anymore than they do now. 84.6% of all Federal Income tax is payed by the top 25% of income earners! The top 50 percent pay 96.7 percent of the Federal Income Tax!!! How much more can we tax these people! These are the people that keep the economy going by opening new businesses and offering new products and services.

Why do some people want to redistribute wealth? That is a question that can only be answered by a hard core leftist! But the fact remains the rich have been played with for far to long in this nation, and it needs to stop. If that means getting rid of the Income Tax all together, then so be it. That would be the best way, but even the Republicans would never go for it, and that there is a shame on both sides.

THE FIRST OF MANY

It is 230am and I am still up, so I thought I would write a blog for only this site. just as I promised. I am a man of my word, so, here I am. I have posted a few of my blogs from myspace, pretty much going through everything that has been going on in the world the past few days, and even weeks. What else more can I say really. The people that have read what I have to say are saying to themselves.."Geeze, this dude writes about everything, does he ever shut up?" Well, normally I do shut up for a while, but only when I am sleeping. I do not do to much of that anymore, so let me see if I can't get a little conversation and debate going on in this blog!

The one thing I have not written about in the past few days has been the recent Republican Debate, held on MSNBC for some God awful reason, and hosted by "Softball" Chris Mathews. I have never seen a debate as poorly run as this on. If any of you have seen it, I am truly sorry you had to witness that garbage. The questions were junk, the answers were even worse, and the candidates that should have come out of the debate on top made themselves look like a bunch of morons, for the lack of a better word!! Someone asked the question, "What part about America do you hate the most?" Now I guess they were taking question from people in the audience or from e-mail, I have no clue I did not watch the beginning. But that question was the dumbest question I think I have ever heard, and I have heard some whoppers in my time! Why would you even ask a question like that. If I was in that debate, I would have told Mathews to go suck an egg and that I would not answer anymore questions that had nothing to do with the State of the Union or the National Security of this nation. The question was posed by someone with little intelligence, and read by someone with even less. MSNBC was the worst place, in my opinion, to have a Republican Debate. It was all trash, and I just turned it off. I could not stand it. I had a better time listening to Michael Savage make fun of the questions and the candidates on the radio then I did with the actual debate.

Rudy and McCain made themselves look like fools, and they did not help themselves on bit in that debate. I know it is early, and people will forget, but this did nothing but hurt them two. To my surprise, Mitt Romney had an excellent debate. He was very articulate and got to the point on many issues. He looks like the guy the Republican base should get around, but I doubt that will happen.

Why do I think that? It is all because of WHAT he is. He is a Mormon, and for some reason people just do not want to except that he could do a great job leading this country b/c of his religious beliefs! I think that is totally absurd. They said the same thing about John F. Kennedy being a Catholic. He won, and did some really good things during his time in office. Sadly, as we all know, he was murdered before he could get the chance to show what he could really do...to bad none of the other Kennedy's were like him. Yes, he was a Democrat, but a Democrat from a different time. I believe he would be just furious with the way this Democratic party has shaped itself, into a Communist looking group with EXTREME left wing leanings.

So, what does this mean for the country as a whole? I do not know. The debate showed no one anything! Except for maybe Romney is the only person capable of handling the Republican base. I sure would not vote for McCain or Rudy to be honest with you. I just really do not like them. Rudy talks about how he helped New York City, and that is all he talks about. Every singe time he is in front of the camera he has something to say about it. I am getting sick of hearing about him and New York City! Give me a break. We know what you did...what WILL you do for us if you are our President! He believes he can win because people loved him after 9/11...he is sadly mistaken, and he will learn the hard way!

I pose this question to all of you...what did you think of the debate, and who do you think is the best candidate for the Republicans as it stands right now? I have my choice, and that is Mitt Romney. Maybe Fred Thompson will jump in and shake things up a bit. He is the only person beside Romney that I believe can win in an election against Hillary or Obama. But, what do you people think? I would LOVE to know!!

I have not been posting here for a while, for reasons I do not even know. I have been so caught up with my MYSPACE blogging, I just have not come over to post. well from now on ALL my MYSPACE blogs will be put on this site as well. Hopefully all the people that are writing here now can get some people to come and read and also post a few comments to get the ball rolling. I will also write a few blogs just for this site...

I know Tom has been all over me to start posting more on this site, as he should be considering he made it when he figured out that I could actually do something more than lose at poker!

One of the most sickest things that could be done to cater to the Islamic wing here in the United States has been done in Kansas City, MO. At the Kansas City Airport, they have added FOOTBATHS for the Islamic cabdrivers who wish to do their daily prayers. So, this is what we get for showing Muslims that they mean more to this country than anyone else! The Left has appeased these people for way to long, and now it has got to the point where Muslims do not fall under the "Separation of Church and State" like all the liberals love to cry when someone is putting up a Christmas tree at City Hall!

This is your fault, Liberal basket cases. You have made these people, and now you have to strike them down with the court you hold so dear! There is only one other solution to the problem.....Allow CHRISTIANS to put churches in airports, and also confessionals so that people can confess before getting on a plane. That would be the only fair way...but that is not how this is going to play out. We have been told by the Left in this country ever since 9/11 that we have to show COMPASSION to these people, and now they have more rights than any other religion in this nation. When will you people stand up against this, because if they were Christians you would be.

I do not even try to understand where you people on the left even get your intelligence. The ACLU( American Communist Left Union) has not said a word about this incident, and I doubt they ever will. They, as do others, do not care about the Separation, if there actually is one. But for the sake of arguement, I have to play Devils Advocate here, because the Liberals in this nation have crammed down our throats for years how there is a "Separation of Church and State" in the Constitution...I guess I must have heard them wrong, they must have meant " Separation of CHRISTIANITY and Sate"!

I will leave this up for discussion now, because I would like to see where the left stands on this issue!

But do not forget, this is an act that never should have been done in the first place. We are now catering to the Muslims in this nation, and putting their religion above any other....soon there will be a state sponsered religion....but it will NOT BE CHRISTIANITY......Thank You Libs!

If you took the time to go read the story, you will see that this all is being led by George Soros himself. That Nazi bastard, he thinks he can shut people up because he has a lot of money, he has got another thing coming. I usually do not go off like this in a blog, but this has really ticked me off. For all of you who do not know who George Soros is, well, you better do some reading. I could write chapters on the guy, and none of it is any good. The guy is a rat, no doubt about it!

When are we in this country going to understand that the extreme left of the Democratic party is not out to help us, but hurt us in so many ways we can not even imagine. They want to pass this "Fairness Doctrine" which is not only Unconstitutional but just flat out stupid. Give equal airtime to everyone. Does that mean Mr. Soros would like us to give equal time to a Jihadist? I would not doubt that!

The Soviets are back, only this time they come as Liberal Democrats who have no idea what they are about to start. Take Hannity off the air, Rush, and Savage...and see the effects of what will happen when the people start to speak their minds in the voting booth! The Democrats have lost their mind, and if they keep it up, will lose the next election in a landslide! People will start to understand that it starts with the people on the top, and it will work its way down to the bottom, the regular people like you and me who speek our minds every single day in blogs just like this!

When will we say enough is enough and tell the Libs to back off? Some of the Conservtives out there are willing to sit there and take this, but I am not one of them. I am just a small voice in a country of many voices much louder than mine! Understanding Liberalism Vol. 1

Maybe I can use this title later too, it may come in handy! Anyway, this is the first of many blogs I am going to do on Liberalism and how we on the right can understand why they do what they do. I know, I know, some of you people are saying there is no way we will ever understand the Liberal Mind and how it thinks. That may be true, people! But, give me a chance...who knows, I may surprise the heck out of you!

As I have written over the past several weeks, I have seen people come to my blog with many different viewpoints on many different issues. I love to see you all post comments, even though some of them make me sick to my stomach, it is good to see people actually still do have an opinion about the REAL issues in this country!

Having said that, there are some issues out there that just need to be talked about further, and other issues that need to be put out there. This is where understanding Liberalism comes in! I have seen some whoppers in my time, but there has been nothing like some of the comments from the left on this blog about everything from religion to where we have the right to say what we want to say.

LIBERAL LIE #1--- WE BELIEVE EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO SAY WHAT THEY WANT....

As I have shown with the posts I made last week, this is totally wrong, and they are nothing but liars and cheaters trying to take the one thing we have to look to in this country and say it is our own....OUR SPEECH! It is only free speech until you say something that other people do not like, and then it is either hate speech or the Left will give you a long explanation in the form of a Congressional Bill saying that everyone has the right to say what they want, but only when it is convenient for others in the minority.

Can we say that if all speech was regulated and held to a bar that would not only separate when and how we can talk on certain things, but also who can do that talking, it would make this country a better nation? Regulating speech was something done by the nuts in the Soviet Union, not in the United States of America. Now I know some people have this thing with the Soviets, looking up to them, seeing that if they could push the agenda of the Communists, they could get ahead. This is what George Soros has done, and he would like nothing more than to limit the speech of people he just flat out hates!

I do not even want to go into George Soros and what he has done to ruin the life of many people over the years...if you want to read about him and his dealings, there are books out there you can find to rip him a new one with. The guy is nuts, and sees himself as the funder of the next wave of Communism in this country...only this time under a different name.

There is nothing we on the right can do to stop Soros....he has to much money and way to much pull to ever stop. There is only one way to limit people like him from taking this country and throwing it down the toilet, and is play the same game as he is! If he wants to limit speech and wants to limit contributions to candidates, then that is all fine. I would like to see him also censored. That would mean no more interviews on CNN or anywhere else for that matter. No contributions to the far left of the Democratic Party, because he obviously wants to HURT this nation!

Of course you know nothing I said there was true, and it cannot be done. We can NOT stop him from spending his money to try and buy elections, or even try to buy candidates for that matter. He can go on TV when he feels like it and say what he wants to say.....AN THAT IS EXACTLY WHY EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD ALSO! If there are people like Soros in this world that want to limit the speech of Americans who speak for many of us, that only tells me they are afraid of what they are hearing. This is not about a free exchange of ideas anymore with this Party, it is all about getting THEIR word out in more sections of the country then the other side, WHATEVER THEY HAVE TO DO!

I know I said I would try to give you a glimpse into understanding the left, but I think that may just be a little to hard in this case. Why would people ever want to limit speech in a country where we are supposed to have FREE speech. I guess the founders did make a mistake, they should have put in their we are allowed ALL the FREE speech we want, and it can not be limited by a rouge government entity run by the extreme left. You want an explanation for why they are doing what they are doing....go somewhere else because I do not got it with me right now, and I am not to sure anyone does! Is it because they want to control by any means necessary? That may be it, but I think the lefts thinking goes way beyond just having the podium at all times. It is a matter of not letting people hear the truth....

LIBERAL LIE #2-----GLOBAL WARMING IS THE TRUTH...NO DOUBT ABOUT IT....

We on the right are wrong about Global Warming, and that is the truth! Do you know how I know this? Because Al Gore and his henchmen told us this...that is how!

There is no explaining this off any other way then the Left wants us all to stand in a line and follow what they say, no matter how many people out there say they may be wrong. This also goes with the free speech topic of before, considering that their view on the climate is dead on and no one can say anything to disprove them...or at least in their little skulls that is how it is played!

Why do I have to sit here and listen to people like Al Gore tell me that he is right and I am wrong, because he was the Vice-President? Give me a break, the guy is nothing but a liar...just like the President he served under, and we are expected to listen to a person like this? And never ask questions?

Understanding this whole theory and why they do not want others out there giving their own is just way to hard for anyone to even try to contemplate. Why would I, anyway? Both of these topics have the same answer when asking how and why do the Libs get away with any of this....and that is because they THINK WE ARE STUPID! We can not make decisions for ourselves, and make rational opinions, so they believe they have to make them for us. No matter what kind of person you are, if you are on the right in this country you are either a bigot, a homophobe, or a Nazi! You are never right, even though your on the right!

So fellow right wingers out there....do not worry! I know there will be people that say we are wrong and that their way is the only way. WE are the party of free ideas, and letting people have their opinion no matter what they may think. The left is a little different, and has clearly shown by their actions over the past week that they do not care about the rights of all, just the people that have that Democratic Voting Card!

French people wake up, elect Conservative Sarkozy

The Socialistic Country of France has elected a Conservative Leader, one Nicholas Sarkozy, who will now lead the French people. This is not just a great day for the French, but also a great day for the United States as well. This election showed that maybe the French people are not as Socialist as we think they are, and they have been led to be! Sarkosy has said he will be friends with the United States, being their for us as a friend!! That is what we needed out of a French Election, and what the French people needed!

Now some of you people out there will probably make up some story about how this is bad for the French, and how it will ruin their country. Let me tell you all something....the French were on the brink of chaos...and now maybe there can be a little hope for a nation run by Socialists! I don't know though, I guess we will have to wait and see, but this does not look good for the Democrats.

Can we look at this election in France and say it is something that could happen here as well? I mean, if the Socialstic Country of France will elect a Conservative, then why not this one as well? We will have an election not to different than the French election next year, where more than likely Hillary Clinton will be put up to face someone from the Republican party. NOW, the only difference in t=our case may be that there might not be that CONSERVATIVE that this nation is looking for. Fred Thompson is still not in the race, and the closest thing we have to a REAL Conservative is Mitt Romney. Can Mitt take on someone like Hillary? This is a debate I started many times before, and sometimes it goes somewhere and sometimes it does not. But, we will see where this one goes.

IRAN MAY CHARGE 15 BRITS WITH SPYING....AHMADEMAJAD IS ASKING FOR WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this has gone far enough. There is so way on this earth that Iran thinks they will get away with this without pressure from the outside world. These people should be shut off completely from the outside world, and a naval blockade set up so there can be nothing going out and nothing coming in. Let us see how brave they are when they are losing millions of dollars from the oil they can not ship! These people are insane, and they honestly believe they are the sane ones.

They made one more BIG mistake.They just gave G.W. a reason to go into Iran, if the Dems like it or not! If it can be proven that they did not cross into Iranian territory, that means the Iranians crossed into Iraqi waters to detain them, which to me is an act of war. The Brits, if not satisfied with the outcome of diplomacy, should not sit and wait this one out! They should go into Iran and take these men back by force, if nessecary, and I believe it is nessecary! This has gone on long enough, and something must be done to get those troops out of there before they are tried for crimes they did not commit! (Just as a sidenote, the punishment for spying in Iran is....DEATH!!!!) Just want to make sure we are all on the same page here!

I would love to know the LIberals take on this since I have not really heard anything from them on this issue. I am sure they want the Brits to "Talk it out" and try DIPLOMACCCCYYYYY! They actually believe that they are dealing with people that care. Amademajad calls the sanctions put against his country "illegal" and by all accounts will keep going on with what they were doing in that country, building a nuclear frickin' weapon! Does anybody on the left CARE about that little fact. I doubt it. They act like the powers that be in this country just want to kill as many people as they can to see how fun it would be. That is the only reason someone could have for not supporting an attack on Iran, is if they were on the side of the Iranians.

I will probably get hate mail from that last part, but thats ok. While we and the Brits sit here twiddling our thumbs, the Iranians sit with 15 hostages. No, they are not our men, but they are from England, our stauntious ally in the war on terror and the war in iraq! Something is being lost in translation from the right side of the isle to the left on this issue, because I have heard nothing from anyone on this issue, like it just does not matter to people that the Iranians are breaking International Law. If Bush broke International Law, which most liberals believe he has done, they would be all over him..like they have been. But a facist dictator comes in and does the same thing, but even worse and cares nothing about international response, and it is ok, and nothing should be said. I am saying something. I am saying that the Iranians have done what they wanted to do for far to long, and if the world wants to be safer, then we should oust the regime in Iran, and that right there will make the middle east more safe than ever before.

But this all falls on deaf ears and no one cares. They go on with their lives and say that it does not affect me, so, why should I do or say anything? You are right, right now it does not affect you. But when that nuke goes off in New York, Chicago, San Fransisco, or Philadelphia.........Then it will affect every single person in this country. Will we sit and wait to be hot, or will this President and this congress act? help the Brits get these men back and take out the regime that is causing so many of the problems in Iraq! It may start WW3.....if it does.....I guess it will be time again to defend our freedom! God Bless our Troops and the 15 British troops that are being held illegally in Iran! Wonder if any of the human rights groups will say anything about this??? DOUBT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the 12th post of the week, and I am pretty sure my own g/f is not even reading my posts..LOL...Thats ok. Other people have, and thats a good thing none the less. I was hoping I would come home tonight and find something to write about, but I have not so, I guess it is back to the same old same old thing. I am getting sick of writing about the 2008 election, and it is only 2007! I guess thats not to good for a person interested in politics like I am. It is just getting so dull this time. I remember when I was writing during the last Presidential election. Many of you were not even here to read what I wrote..I guess I have come a long way since then.

It is not the election that bothers me so much it is the lack of "talent" on the side of the Republicans that gets me worried. I love MItt Romney, do not get me wrong. I have been saying this throughout that he just does not get the base moving like I think he could. But let us get off the election for a few minutes, and go on to other things that are on my mind....

EDUCATION: I have no idea why this has been on my mind as of late. Mainly education as it pertains to Universities. I have been reading a lot about the biases on college campuses, and I have to say that the left is doingntheir job in keeping the right wing out of most public colleges in this country. It is sad really that they will push socialism down peoples throats, but not Capitalism. They will tell students that Christians are the devil, yet they should respect Islam because it is PC to do so. I am sorry, but when has this country, or even its people for that matter, ever cared about being PC. (And for those of you that do not know, I mean Politically Correct...not Poop Cramps). Do not ask how that came up, but it did!

All of you should go to my page and watch the trailer for a new movie coming out called "Indoctrinate U." I have to say this documentary looks very good, and looks like something the left will NOT want you to see. The indoctrination of college students at public Universities has to stop. I do not think I had to tell any of you that, but the thing is how the heck are we supposed to stop it? We need an education to make something of ourselves. If we question Professors we are looked down upon by those professors and others in the student body that have the same ideals as the professor. There is not much for us to do. I feel this a lot isnce I am a Political Science Major and have taken many courses in History and in politics. The way the United States is portrayed is nothing like it really is, yet no one gets up to question these schools on what they are teaching the leaders of tomorrow! It really gets under my skin when I have a professor come into the room on the first day of class and tell the room that he believes that Bush planned 9/11 so he could go to war with Iraq for the oil! What does that have anything to do with European History? Nothing at all people, nothing at all. I have had professors compare Bush to Hitler, Stalin, and Mousallini. I just want to scream, but feel like I can say nothing because I do not want a lower grade. At time, you can feel out the professor, and some of them are open to a debate on their belifs. But many times that is not the case. You better believe what you are being taught or else! That is what these professors want. Most of them are 60's radicals with tenure. Their tenure is worht more than an education that is without bias, I suppose!?

There are just some things in this world that you have to deal with, and being at a public University, that is one of them. Just si there and take it and do not let them indoctrinate YOU! Sometimes it is hard, they get you thinking that their side maybe right, which it never is because as we know Liberalism always generates the exact opposite of its stated intent! I am sure these people mean well, but their Marxists teachings are going to ruin this country to the point we may never get it back. I am not saying my generation is full of morons, but I am coming close to saying it. I would not trust to many people that I know with a desicion to go to war or not, that is for sure. I would not trust them to make important desicions for this nation and the world, either! That is just sad that I even have to admit that. But the fact is that the professors are trying to groom the next generation of leaders to come out with a world view that just does not compute with reality. No one in their right mind wants a communistic regime to run this country, yet we are getting closer and closer to that. As I read on a shirt the other day, " The only difference between Socialism and Communism is that Communism already have the weapons!" Is that not the truth or what people!?

Colege students, keep a watchful eye on your professors and do not let them indoctrinate you. That is the most important thing we can do as conservative students! If we can do that, maybe this country will survive to fight another day!

GET OVER IT LIBERALS...YOUR GOING TO LOSE

Nancy Pelosi promised her base that if they were elected, the House and Senate Democrats would make the United States better right off the bat. They would start on the first day and pass laws to help the "lower" class of people, and take the money away from the rich. As we all know, being rich in a country that is run by socialists is wrong, and we should all share the wealth unless you are the ones making the rule then you are immune to having to pay more taxes I guess. Tying to understand the Liberal mind makes me want to break something. Whenever you think you are on top of whatever it is they are whining about, there is something else there just to make you sick. It could be many things like abortion, education, the way the Government is run in general. All these things have Liberals go crazy when it is election time. But when it is time to go to work and get something done they do nothing but do their best to try and find a way to Impeach Bush. Is this why they were elected? I highly doubt their base thought that when they regained control they would do nothing but ask stupid questions of people in the Bush Administration!

The new thing in the Democratic party now is going after Bush for the firing of 8 U.S. Attorneys, for which he has every single right to do as President. But they still question him and ask why he did it, like he did it for some way to get out of trouble. Even if it was politically motivated, he still has the right to get rid of them when he sees fit. That is what the White House and Justice Department did, and now they have to take what is going to be given to them by Congress. Liberalism is a mental disorder.......

What else can be said about what is going on in this country today. We have our leaders doing nothing about the problems that we are facing in the world, and it just does not seem like they even care anymore. Is there anything that we can do to help out and get the word out. Tom, Rodney and I are doing our part. But this is just something small in the whole world of politics and the bickering that ensues. I could sit here and write all night long, but if people will not read it what will it help. I have been posting on a few other sites where I have been getting some response out of people, and that is a good thing. We all have to understand that this fight will not be easy, because the Libs will stop at nothing to have everything back the way it used to be under the Clinton Administration. I guess that means all the lying and selling off nuclear secrets would come back as well.

They do not want us to be a sovereign nation. Hell, I truly have a hard time believing Bush wants this to be one. The way he talks about NAFTA, it is like he wants to throw the borders away and be like the E.U., which is very troubling to me. There is not that one Conservative out there that can help this party grow, and that is sad. I have put my support behind Mitt Romney for no other reason that because the two front runners in the Republican party are Democrats in disguise. What happened to this party?

I wish I had the answer to that, but sadly do not. We as the "LITTLE PEOPLE" must keep our eyes out for what the Liberals are saying and beat it back in their face. If we do not, they will beat Socialism right into our homes!

Let me pick up here where Tom left off. I see that he has been writing about the 2008 election, concentrating on Barack Obama. Who knows what this guy is, or even if he even knows what he is. I hear a different report every single day about him being or not being a Muslim. Let us just say for the sake of argument that he is a Muslim. That right there just killed his chance of being President of the U.S. No one is going to vote for a Muslim. That is not being rude, that is just the truth! I am sure there are many, many good Muslim people out there that will go their whole lives without thinking about blowing up a building in the name of ALLAH, but we as a nation are not ready to take that chance. As long as this war on terror is going on, there will be no chance of that happening.

The Liberals would like you to believe they are a people that are SENSITIVE to the religion of peace, but that is a bold face lie and we will see that once the Primaries start. If Obama can not prove to every single Democrat that he is not a Muslim, he will lose in a landslide. Not that he will not anyway, will the money that Hillary has and the possibility of a Gore campaign emerging, this man has no chance in the world. And for God sales people, give me a break. I do not want to hear it is because he is black. That is NOT the reason. I truly believe Hillary can win the Presidency, and she is a women. So the people out there that think I am a racist can stick it, because that is so far from the truth it is sick!

Enough about that. I was recently invited to a blog on myspace.com that I thought was really interesting....at first. I thought there would be intellectual discussion on the issues of the day, but all I got was grief for being a Conservative, and I have just been getting triple teamed by these people. I know that is how they work, but trying to indoctrinate me will not work. I sit there and I handle my ground the best I can for having 4 or 5 people coming after my beliefs at one time. Frankly, I am really used to it from being on that site so long, this is not the first time I have had to deal with people that are so far left I doubt they even like making a right turn in their cars. But there was an exchange between a women and I that I thought would be interesting for all of you to read. here it is....

The protest on the Pentagon yesterday did nothing for the anti-war movement. I am coming from a whole different perspective here, being a Conservative that is for the war. I watched the speakers get up on stage and promote, like you mentioned, a Marxist movement, not a movement that would do anything to bring our men and women home. For the past few weeks I have been writing on my blog about just how frustrated I am with this war, and how it seems like when we are getting ahead, something else happens to set us back. But what happened yesterday was not just for an anti-war agenda, it was for the future socialistic agenda that is being slammed down our throats by people on the far left that believe we as civilians can not make important decisions on our own, and we need the BIG Federal government to do it for us.

As soon as I saw who was promoting this rally, I knew there was no way there would not be Muslim radicals and/or Marxist propaganda involved.

I have never talked to you directly, only through reading your blogs over the past day or so, but what I take from you is that you may be a Democrat, you may even be a Liberal, but a person that would want the U.S. to turn into a third world socialistic country is someone you are not. And that is a good thing. We, I m sure, are going to go back and forth at each other just because of our political views.

That was my first response to this persons blog. I thought I would start out nice, and try to get the feel for everyone..and boy did I. A girl that goes by the name of "NICOLE" responded to my post! Here is her response.....

In response to Romney above, I would frankly rather have socialist values crammed down my throat (universal health care, public eduation, and equality for all, anyone?!) - to the extent the Communist Revolutionary Party of America has the ability to cram anything down anyone's throat - than those hateful values of the religious right and greedy conservative a*holes like Bush, Cheney, and the Fox News crew. And if you want to get into discussing the appropriate role of govenment, let's talk about warrantless wiretaps, tossing habeus corpus out the window, torture, firing attorneys general because they refuse to do your political bidding, outing CIA agents, amending the constitution to TAKE AWAY civil rights, trampling reproductive rights, and our tax money going to pay billions to Halliburton to line Cheney's pockets when he's no longer VP, to name JUST a few.

This women flat out says hat she would rather live in a socialistic country than the United States. I could not believe what I was reading. These people are so far left, I did not imagine this would happen. But it did. I was nice when I went in, and then I had to pick up, because these people believe that whatever the Left says is right and we on the right should not question their intelligence. I can not believe this. I know I should have expected it, but I did not and I got caught off guard.

What happened to me should be a lesson for all Conservatives to always keep their guard up and never let the left take what they want from you. This upcoming election is going to be tough for the Republicans. I do not think I have to tell you that people in this country are not to happy with our side right now. But I, in all that I can do, will keep doing what I do best. Writing and hopefully bring a few people to the right side of the isle. It will not be a easy win for us, but I am sure with a lot of work we can retain the White House and get back the Senate!

Obama's spinmeisters are now attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came from his father and that influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya immediately following the divorce and never again had any direct influence over his son's education.

Dunham married another Muslim, Lolo Soetoro who educated his stepson as a good Muslim by enrolling him in one of Jakarta's Wahabbi schools. Wahabbism is the radical teaching that created the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad on the industrialized world.

Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when you are seeking political office in the United States, Obama joined the United Church of Christ to help purge any notion that he is still a Muslim.

Well, since no one is posting recently, here are some things to chew on:

Stop me if you've heard this before, but the other day the Rev. Al Gore declared that "climate change" was "the most important moral, ethical, spiritual and political issue humankind has ever faced.'' Ever. I believe that was the same day it was revealed that George W. Bush's ranch in Texas is more environmentally friendly than the Gore mansion in Tennessee. According to the Nashville Electric Service, the Eco-Messiah's house uses 20 times more electricity than the average American home. The average household consumes 10,656 kilowatt-hours. In 2006, the Gores wolfed down nearly 221,000 kilowatt-hours.

Two hundred twenty-one thousand kilowatt-hours? What's he doing in there? Clamping Tipper to the electrodes and zapping her across the rec room every night? No, no, don't worry. Al's massive energy consumption is due entirely to his concern about the way we're depleting the Earth's resources. When I say "we," I don't mean Al, of course. I mean you -- yes, you, Earl Schlub, in the basement apartment at 29 Elm St. You're irresponsibly depleting the Earth's resources by using that electric washer when you could be down by the river with the native women beating your loin cloth dry on the rock while singing traditional village work chants all morning long. But up at the Gore mansion -- the Nashville Electric Service's own personal gold mine, the shining Cathedral of St. Al, Tennessee's very own Palace of Versal -- the Reverend Al is being far more environmentally responsible. As his spokesperson attempted to argue, his high energy usage derives from his brave calls for low energy usage. He's burning up all that electricity by sending out faxes every couple of minutes urging you to use less electricity.

Also he buys -- and if you're a practicing Ecopalyptic please prostrate yourself before the Recycling Bin and make the sign of the HDPE -- Al buys "carbon offsets," or "carbon credits." Or, as his spokesperson Kalee Kreider put it (and, incidentally, speaking through a spokesperson is another way Al dramatically reduces his own emissions), the Gores "also do the carbon emissions offset."

They do the Carbon Emissions Offset? What is that -- a '60s dance craze? No, it's way hotter. I mean, cooler. All the movie stars are doing it. In fact, this year's Oscar goodie-bag that all the nominees get included a year's worth of carbon offsets. Totally free. So even the stars' offsets are offset. No wonder that, when they're off the set, they all do the offset. Look at Leonardo DiCaprio: He's loaded with 'em, and the chicks think he's totally eco-cool. Tall and tan and young and lovely, the boy with carbon offsets goes walking and when he passes each one he passes goes aaaiiieeeeeeeee!

How do "carbon offsets" work? Well, let's say you're a former vice president and you want to reduce your "carbon footprint," but the gorgeous go-go Gore gals are using the hair dryer every night. So you go to a carbon-credits firm and pay some money and they'll find a way of getting somebody on the other side of the planet to reduce his emissions and the net result will be "carbon neutral." It's like in Henry VIII's day. He'd be planning a big ox roast and piling on the calories but he'd give a groat to a starving peasant to carry on starving for another day and the result would be calorie-neutral.

So in the Reverend Al's case it doesn't matter that he's lit up like Times Square on V-E Day. Because he's paid for his extravagant emissions. He has a carbon-offset trader in an environmentally friendly carbon-credits office suite who buys "carbon offsets" for Al from, say, a terrorist mastermind in a cave in the Pakistani tribal lands who's dramatically reduced his energy usage mainly because every time he powers up his cell phone or laptop a light goes on in Washington and an unmanned drone starts heading his way. So, aside from a basic cable subscription to cheer himself up watching U.S. senators talking about "exit strategies" on CNN 24/7, the terrorist mastermind doesn't deplete a lot of resources. Which means Tipper can watch Al give a speech on a widescreen plasma TV, where Al looks almost as wide as in life, and she doesn't have to feel guilty because it all comes out . . . carbon-neutral!

And, in fact, in the Reverend Al's case it's even better than that. Al buys his carbon offsets from Generation Investment Management LLP, which is "an independent, private, owner-managed partnership established in 2004 and with offices in London and Washington, D.C.," that, for a fee, will invest your money in "high-quality companies at attractive prices that will deliver superior long-term investment returns." Generation is a tax-exempt U.S. 501(c)3. And who's the chairman and founding partner? Al Gore.

So Al can buy his carbon offsets from himself. Better yet, he can buy them with the money he gets from his long-time relationship with Occidental Petroleum. See how easy it is to be carbon-neutral? All you have do is own a gazillion stocks in Big Oil, start an eco-stockbroking firm to make eco-friendly investments, use a small portion of your oil company's profits to buy some tax-deductible carbon offsets from your own investment firm, and you too can save the planet while making money and leaving a carbon footprint roughly the size of Godzilla's at the start of the movie when they're all standing around in the little toe wondering what the strange depression in the landscape is.

A couple of days before the Oscars, the Reverend Al gave a sell-out performance at the University of Toronto. "From my perspective, it is a form of religion," said Bruce Crofts of the East Toronto Climate Action Group, who compared the former vice president to Jesus Christ, both men being (as the Globe And Mail put it) "great leaders who stepped forward when called upon by circumstance." Unlike Christ, the Eco-Messiah cannot yet walk on water, but then, neither can the polar bears. However, only Al can survey the melting ice caps and turn water into whine. One lady unable to land a ticket frantically begged the university for an audience with His Goriness. As the National Post reported, "Her daughter hadn't been able to sleep since seeing ''An Inconvenient Truth.'' She claimed that seeing Mr. Gore in person might make her daughter feel better." Well, it worked for Leonardo DiCaprio.

Are eco-celebrities buying ridiculousness-emissions credits from exhausted run-of-the-mill celebrities like Paris, Britney and Anna Nicole? Ah, well. The Eco-Messiah sternly talks up the old Nazi comparisons: What we're facing is an "ecological Holocaust, and "the evidence of an ecological Kristallnacht is as clear as the sound of glass shattering in Berlin." That 221,000 kilowatt-hours might suggest that, if this is the ecological Holocaust, Gore's pad is Auschwitz. But, as his spokesperson would no doubt argue, when you're faced with ecological Holocausts and ecological Kristallnachts, sometimes the only way to bring it to an end is with an ecological Hiroshima. The Gore electric bill is the eco-atom bomb: You have to light up the world in order to save it.

Lets understand one thing before I go anywhere with this. This is my OPINION and nothing more, nothing less. Take it for what it is worth, and nothing more than that. These are my thoughts on abortion, a killer that no one seems to care about anymore, but kills more innocent people everyday than your worst serial killer ever will! I understand that it is a different situation. But women every single day make a choice on to have a child or to abort it. When they are making that desicion, they have to think about many different situations. How will the child be cared for, how will the parents react, how will this effect the rest of their lives. Those are questions that run through these womens heads. I understand that the decision is tough, and the chice that is made will have to be lived with for the rest of the womens life.

Now that I got out all of the nice stuff out of the way, this is what I really think about the issue....IT IS MURDER!!!!!! Pretty plain and simple to me, I think. We live in a society that has made everyone think that there are easy ways out of every single situation, and if you follow the easy way, then you will be better for it in the end. The easiest way is not always the right way. I have talked at length before about right and wrong, and what the right and wrong thing to do is. Is may not always be the easiest thing to do, but the right thing is always just that...RIGHT! There are many different ways to deal with that issue before you have to go to the extreme and have an abortion done. Give the kid away, thats a good CHOICE. Don't have sex before you are ready for what may happen as a result of it. Thats a good CHOICE. Having sex and then saying, ohh damn, i got pregnant, better go get rid of this thing. God has given you the life, and the oppertunity to bring life into this world. Taking the easy way out and just getting rid of the child is a disgrace, not only to you but to the God who gave you that oppertnity at life!

Janruary 22, 1973- A day that will live forever in the minds of abortionists throughout the United States of America. That was the day that the desicion on Roe V. Wade was handed down by the Supreme Court of the U.S. This case single handedly changed the face of this country forever, now alowing women to have an abortion, well, pretty much at will. The court struct down a Texas law outlawing abortion, except in the most extreme cases, like if there would be a medical problem with the mother.

Without going into so much detail I bore you all, the court came to this desicion on the basis of the 14th Amendment, which at some point while I was sleeping gave citizens the right to privacy...total privacy without any government interference. Now, I can not do anything that will endanger another person while in my own home, like try to make a nuclear device...I don't have the right to privac there. And ever sinc 9/11, there is no one that is going to tell me there is a right to privacy anywhere, since there are cameras at every street corner and searches at every single airport. The government is tapping peoples phones and reading peoples mail, yet there is a right to privacy? I believe there is a right to privacy only when the left in this country feel that it is appropriate, and the conservatives sit there and take it like they are little school children. The right tom privacy is a joke. There has never been that right, and there will probably never be that right, unless the Dems get total power again and try to finish what they started.

Lets try to understand one thing; I am not saying that women who make the choice of having an abortion are terrible people and need to be burned at the stake. All I am saying is that there are alternatives to aborting a fetus, and those alternaives need to be looked at closely. It has become the norm in this country to just gom and have an abortion, it will be ok. No one will look down on you, except for the cooky religious right, and they do not make a difference, their opinions matter the least!

So, this is what my generation has grown up believing is right. When will my generation learn that this and other things that we take for being normal are not that at all. There are many other subjects where could go on and on, and I will. If you are new to my blog, you will learn that if I do not like something, I come out and I say it, and I hold back nothing when I am writing.

I hope I have not angered anyone, and I open this up for debate. I have left a few of my thoughts out, considering maybe they will come out inthe course of a debate, and so that I would not make you sit here and read a book that I call a blog. PLEASE COMMENT.... AN OPEN LETTER TO THE GOV, (from a democrat?)

Dear Governor:

I am writing you as your email link was not functioning. This is one of many attempts at contacting you and I do not expect a response from your office. Even though I am a Democrat, I chose not to cast a vote for Governor in the last election. I felt that neither you nor your republican congress would work for the good of the middle class and senior taxpayer. People with very limited income are receiving assistance and the rich citizens do not need assistance. It is the middle class (especially the senior aspect) that are caught in the middle.

Your 1% sales tax increase proposal is nothing but a slap in the face as an aid to property tax as the school boards will continue their outrageous spending. The Southeastern School Board is now looking into a personal income tax increase to further their funding in addition to the proposed 5.5% increase for the year in our local school property tax. I assume that you are not aware of all the “goodies” the school boards dream up for us taxpayers or if aware, do you choose to ignore it. I truly feel that the only way property owners could get relief is if the State of Pa would take over the administration of the school system….thereby doing away with all of the local corruption and repetitive spending (superintendent and assistant superintendents for each and every little district) plus statewide purchasing of equipment and statewide regulations with regard to school buildings could also be quite cost effective.

If you truly want to assist the middle class and senior taxpayer, please look into the STOP legislation by contacting Senator Sean Logan or Representative Marc Gergely (primary sponsors of this legislation). The Legislative Budget and Finance Committee of the PA Legislature studied this bill and found it sound and workable. People in our area (Southern York Co) are losing their homes or choosing to move elsewhere at an alarming rate. I certainly hope you give this some consideration in the coming year.

It has been a while since I have written anything on this blog, and it seems that Tom is getting a little bit tee'd off, since no one has written on here in over a month. So, here I am, I am back. Things have been busy for me, so, I have not found the time to come and write that often, and I even have been slacking on my writing in my other blog on myspace.com. Hopefully, I can get back to writing on a daily basis on both sites, so none of us have to hear Tom complain again. And is that not what this whole thing is about anyway, keeping Tom happy...LOL just kidding buddy!

A lot has been going on in the past few weeks, with the War in Iraq, the upcoming Presidential elections in 2008, and discussions on Tom's myspace blog on the education system. But for now I will keep it simple, I wont throw all the info at you all at once. Plus, if I did that, what would I write about later?

What I really want to talk about today is the elections of 2008, and the importance of electing a Conservative to office. The people that are reading this blog right now probably agree to a large extent with that statement, since we have not really got this blog up and running like all of us had hope it would be by this time. And I am partially to blame for that as well, since I have not written a thing in months. My hope is to grab some people and get them to come to this site regularly, and hopefully it will only grow from there.

The '08 elections will be soon approaching and we are all looking at the candidates and what they may be able to bring to the country, and how maybe they could make it better. I have looked hard on both sides of the isle and found no one really that will take that Conservative ideology and put it to work in things like foreign affairs and also problems we are having here at home. But today my wish came true. Mitt Romney, former Governor of the state of Massachusetts, has thrown himself into the race for the White House, the first CONSERVATIVE to do so with any chance at actually grabbing the nomination. The stage has been set on the Democratic side for a while now, with Hillary Clinton entering the race and also Barack Obama. Those two look to be the ones that will battle it out on the Democratic side of the isle for the chance at the nomination.

There are a few things that worry me though. Not so much Obama, considering all the news of his past with the Muslim religion. Right there may have ended his hopes for a bid. Now, I am not saying just because he is a Muslim does not mean he should be looked down upon.
All I am saying is that i highly doubt the American people will be in favor of a Muslim President, with all the things that are happening in the world today, and with 9/11 still fresh in some peoples minds. I dont want to hear either that he will have a problem because he is black. Now there are people out there that will not vote for this man just because he is black, and that is a shame. I will not vote for him because he is a Liberal, and thats a totally different reason. The way it looks right now, there will either be a women or an African American with the nod for the Democrats, something that has never happened before in this country. We will just have to sit back and watch to see what happens with this. It could become pretty exciting on the Dems side.

The Republican side is a lot more complicated, with John MCcain and Rudy Gulianni heading up the front runners. Now that Mitt Romney is in the mix, we will have to see where those polls go, and see if there is a place for him where there should be. We, as Conservatives, have a obligation to stand by the Conservatives in the Republican party when we can find them. I know they are few and far between, but there are some out there, like Romney, that will need the backing of the base if he is to be elected the next President of the United States. Unfortunately, I do not know if there is that backing for him in the party, with McCain running now, people look at him with such high regard, even though he is so far away from Conservative, I have seen more Democrats with stronger Conservative values, which says something about McCain. I would not go as far as go say he was a Lib on the wrong side of the isle, but he is pretty darn close to it.

And Rudy, well, I have no idea where he even came from for Gods sakes. He was the Mayor of New York, as everyone knows, but after that your guess is as good as mine with what he will do for this country. All I needed to hear was the ramble from an interview he gave a week or so ago, when we was asked about certain issues that have been brought up in this country, like abortion, gun control, ect. His answers were so off the wall I can not believe he even knew what he was talking about, and that was just in an interview. This guy is going to get ripped to shreds in a debate! If I can find a transcript of that interview, that will get posted up later, because I think everyone should here what he has to say.

The only other person that I would love to see run for the Presidency, and that would get my FULL support if and when he would decide to run is Michael Savage. People have been pushing this guy to run for a while now, and it seems like maybe he is considering it. He has a large base from his radio show, but other than that no real political past. But maybe that is what we need in Washington right now. We have given the career politicians a chance at making this country better, and they have failed. They have ripped the family apart and made us unsafe as a whole. They pass laws that do nothing for the state of the Union, yet they want more money for doing it. They spend the majority of their time fighting about the War in Iraq, yet do nothing to try and fix the problems that may be there with the war. The right has to sit there and defend Bush, for obvious reasons, yet they also do nothing to have the war move more smoothly. All of this just screams for a candidate that has no political history to make a strong stand in the next election, but we will have to wait and see.

Hopefully we as a nation can stand up and see that what we are doing now is wrong and get someone in the White House with the courage to stand up for what is right and get this war moving along more rapidly. There are other issues in this country that need dealt with, and at some point we will have to deal with the Iranians, a problem that has been staring us in the face for years now. Hopefully this blog, and also my blog on myspace will help inform you as we go along with the upcoming elections. I am in election mode, so lets see where it will take us.

I have no idea who penned this, however, I needed to post it here. An amazing 'get you thinking' piece. Enjoy.

Herewith at this happy time of year, a few confessions from my beating heart: I have no freaking clue who Nick and Jessica are. I see them on the cover of People and Us constantly when I am buying my dog biscuits and kitty litter. I often ask the checkers at the grocery stores. They never know
who Nick and Jessica are either. Who are they? Will it change my life if I know who they are and why they have broken up? Why are they so important?

I don't know who Lindsay Lohan is either, and I do not care at all about Tom Cruise's wife.

Am I going to be called before a Senate committee and asked if I am a subversive? Maybe, but I just have no clue who Nick and Jessica are.

If this is what it means to be no longer young. It's not so bad.

Next confession:
I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish. And it does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees Christmas trees. I don't feel threatened. I don' t feel discriminated against. That's what they are: Christmas trees.

It doesn't bother me a bit when people say, "Merry Christmas" to me. I don't think they are slighting me or getting ready to put me in a ghetto. In fact, I kind of like it. It shows that we are all brothers and sisters celebrating this happy time of year. It doesn't bother me at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key intersection near my beach house in Malibu . If people want a creche, it's just as fine with me as is the Menorah a few hundred yards away.

I don't like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don't think Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians. I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept came from that America is an explicitly
atheist country. I can't find it in the Constitution, and I don't like it being shoved down my throat.

Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship Nick and Jessica and we aren't allowed to worship God as we understand Him?

I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old, too.

But there are a lot of us who are wondering where Nick and Jessica came from and where the America we knew went to.

In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a little different: This is not intended to be a joke; it's not funny, it's intended to get you thinking.

Billy Graham's daughter was interviewed on the Early Show and Jane Clayson asked her "How could God let something like this Happen?" (regarding Katrina)

Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and insightful response. She said, "I believe God is deeply saddened by this, just as we are, but for years we've been telling God to get out of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives.

And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out. How can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us alone?"

In light of recent events...terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started when Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was murdered, her body found recently) complained she didn't want prayer in our schools, and we said OK.

Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school. The Bible says thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.

Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't spank our children when they misbehave because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock's son committed suicide). We said an expert should know what he's talking about and we said OK.

Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.
Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great deal to do with "WE REAP WHAT WE SOW."

Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell.
Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says.
Funny how you can send 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing.
Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.

Are you laughing?

Funny how when you forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it.
Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us than what God thinks of us.

SAD

     Today I address a mental disorder common in modern America. From the title you may have deduced that it is Social Anxiety Disorder... you are partly right. You see, I possess no degree in the phsychological field, but I have come to the conclusion nonetheless that not only does SAD exist, but that it is far more common to modern-day America than many realize.

     You see, nowadays it's easy to take a look around anywhere and observe how truly small our world is becoming. We now have at our fingertips the ability to communicate, learn about, trade with, and generally interact with folks from all parts of the world. In this "Global Community" the single distinguishing irony is that the trip halfway around the world to visit our foreign brothers and sisters can occur in mere seconds and become a lasting relationship while the trip across the lawn to our next-door neighbor has become a transatlantic-sized voyage. It seems that as the world outside our communities is closer than ever, the gap between members of the community itself has widened just as exponentially. This kind of SAD really is, well, sad.

     What to do, what to do...?

     Yes, the question becomes "What can we do about this close proximity Social Anxiety Disorder?" Well, just try asking yourself this question. Say you're walking down a street and another person is coming at you the opposite way. If you were to consider saying "Hello" to the person, how would the prospect of doing so make you feel? Honestly -- would there be any cause for hesitence on your part? If so, you are experiencing what I call an everyday form of SAD.

     The thing that is depressing about this is that the other person probably feels just as awkward about you. You see, in our country we've been made to see that worst that humanity has to offer in a land where, if anything, we are surrounded by some of the sweetest and most generous folks anywhere. Everywhere you look you can see evidence that good news doesn't sell. After all, we've been set at odds with each other. Be it social class, gender, ethnicity, etc. we all are trained to mistrust our fellow Americans. We question motives and look over our shoulders with just about anyone. With all this insecurity and misery (mostly the made-up media-fed kind) that we are conditioned to live with, it's easy to see why bad news flies off the stands. People want to see how some other poor sucker has it worse. Like the class bully we've unconsciensly learned to bask in the suffering of others to make ourselves feel better.

     What has this to do with combatting our socially awkward natures? Plenty. It is because of all this fear/hatemongering that it is a constant phantasmic dread in our minds that any time we wander outside our homes there may be some phsyco out there. If you look for the ads for home security services you'll see that alot of us don't even feel safe in our own homes anymore, either. "If I say 'Hello' I'll look like a weirdo." we seem to be thinking. It is for this very reason that it has become more comforting a concept to talk to someone far away. Meanwhile, the community suffers as we fail to be individual parts of the same body by becoming a collective of the individually-focused.

     This causes the kind of detatched mentality that causes folks to say "Someone else will take care of it." or "That's not my problem."

     The truth of the matter is, as I mentioned, that the guy walking down the street at you, whether he knows it or not, is probably just as apprehensive to speak to you as you may be to speak to him. That is, if he would even think to say "Hello" to you at all.

     We have to break this cycle. By not interacting with the people around us we lose out on the constant possibility of making new friends, but worse than that we fail to bond with each other and forge a sense of the reality that we affect one another and must work together to make our communities worth living in.

     Another great irony is that the liberal media comes across as a great enlightener here to show us "unlearned bigots" how to get along. The simple fact is that we don't need to be a "Global Citizens" to be good neighbors. It's not about becoming educated as to the every detail of all the world's peoples and walking on eggshells in our interactions with them. If we're so rugged and confident as a people, why do we get so upset with each other over such trifles? We need to thicken our hides. How do we improve our ability to bridge barriers of race and religion when we lack the guts to greet a stranger on the sidewalk?

     We need to be more optimistic about our fellow Americans. Further, we need to realize that it is not what we are called, but what we answer to that determines our worth inside. Stop expecting strangers to respect you and giving a hard time to well-meaning folks who may have false pretenses. If we allow these weakling sensitivities to rule us we risk not only becoming communities of people who don't feel any affinity for each other, but a nation that has forgotten its long-held belief that you don't have to abandon your heritage or individuality, but that we cannot face the challenges of tomorrow without unity today.

Why Does Ed Really Want To Bring Casinos to Pennsylvania? Will It Help the State or Cause More Problems?

The great Ed Rendell believes that we are all blind to his true intentions and ambitions to bring revenue to the state by allowing companies to build casinos in the Great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I think we should look closely so we can see through the smoke screen and see what’s really happening.

Rendell is building himself a network of people that will owe him favors down the road in his political career. The favors will be political and financial.

Political favors are worth their weight in gold. The folks that back Rendell in Harrisburg in the House and the Senate will get key cabinet positions (if he wins the election) when Rendell decides to run for president down the road. Yes you heard me right, president! The gossip going around the Democratic Party is that he is networking to get the nomination within the next eight years.

If the casinos fail and don’t generate the money that they were supposed to then he will have people to blame it on in the normal and consistent fashion that Liberals do. He will say that it was these peoples fault because he just came up with the idea and they were to improve upon it.

If the casinos do well, then of course he will take the credit for that, and will introduce a new “Las Vegas” in the Commonwealth. The current Pa casinos are only allowed to have slots, no table games yet like Blackjack or Craps. He will argue the fact that we need to become more like Las Vegas because this will be the savior of Pa. He will spout off about jobs and tourism (which is true), but what about the negatives that will come with this venture?

The downsides of casinos are they bring the darker side of the gambling world. The darker side being more organized crime, prostitution, deterioration of families, and more self generated poverty. These all cause a serious decay to the family and serious attention should be paid to them. Rendell and his cronies are not looking at the consequences of bringing the casinos to the state.

The first time that I headed to Las Vegas, I was so excited about being able to maybe make a few dollars from a few dollars. I was greeted by a sight that I will never forget when I got there. I saw a family that was huddled in the corner of the Bus Station that I arrived at crying and upset. I overheard the wife telling the husband that she was debating divorcing him because he had spent all of their money at the Craps Table and they had no money to pay bills that they had coming up. I understood as the conversation went on that this was their family vacation. It was sad to see a family that was torn up because of the loss of money.

The rest of the time that I was there, I was a student rather than a gambler. I watched the people to see if there were more of the same types of things happening that I saw in the bus station. I noticed that people gambling are loaded up on the feel good items like Cigarettes, Hard Liquor, and Beer. Some drank themselves to where they had to be removed by security, and some were gambling like crazy with no reality of what they were losing. I will say that others were there in the same condition, but were doing just fine. It was scary to think that I could have been one of those people drinking my day away and blowing every last dime that I had to make a few bucks (I most likely would lose.)

What I described are some of the horrors that I saw while I was there. I don’t want this for Pennsylvania. I understand there is a potential for the state to make a lot of money, but why not invite industry here that will help people with the potentiality to create more jobs, than have a business here that will have a limited number of jobs and will hurt people. This is another attempt by Eddy to throw money at a problem rather than fixing it.

Allowing free alcohol was a nice touch for the casinos. They will let people drink to the point where they are really loose and about drunk so they will spend their money more freely than they would if they were sober. There is the argument that they have the choice of whether to drink or not, but the reality is that the drinks are free. People don’t understand that the free drinks are designed to make people freer with their money; they think the alcohol is free because they are a guest gambling there. Thinking this they will generally drink to where they are tipsy because hey it’s free.

Another nice touch that will help the casino is they will be able to use the free booze as a tax write-off so they will benefit, and the state will benefit because they will have to buy all of their hard liquor from them. Rendell is looking at this as a win-win situation. He will say that this combined with the revenues from the tax that we will impose on them this will help the state.

The fine casino owners are trying to build a casino in Gettysburg National Park. Again they come under the flag that it will help the state with tourism thus creating revenues. I am a firm believer that we should preserve our heritage for future generations; this is not following those principles. I think that building a casino here is disrespectful to our ancestors that fought there and to our future generations that need to go there and see that.

Another issue that the gambling poses is the issue with expanded government programs that will combat gambling addiction. Why should the burden of rehabilitating people fall on the shoulders of the taxpayers? This should fall under peoples health insurance benefits. These people created their addiction, so why should we pay? The answer is that we shouldn’t have to pay, they should.

Eddy and his cronies look at theses casinos and say they will generate additional money for Pennsylvania, lets say for the sake of example that we do generate money from these casinos, but what will it cost us for the programs they say are needed for gamblers. They must foresee problems coming with people if they already need to set up hotlines and clinics for these addicted gamblers. How many millions of dollars will that cost us in the long run, along with whatever else they need for support of such programs.

In conclusion to the thoughts presented here: We do have a problem in the state with creating more revenue, but I think that goes along with a greater need for Fiscal Responsibility. I think that we should reform our tax system so that business will want to come here and bring industry. I don’t think that casinos will save the state or bring things that we really want. It is sad that Eddy would so this to our state just so he can get backers for when he runs for president. The people of Pennsylvania should remember this when and if he does decides to run. Casinos are a bad idea for the state.

The United States Humanitarian Efforts Dictates World Stability!

The United States gives away the most money and food than any other country in the world, but the nations that we give these things to still hate us. Why do they hate us so much?

If you listen to the different groups in the country, I guarantee that you will have a different answer from each faction.

If you listen to the Liberal Democrats or Democrats in general you will get two reasons:

The first reason is because George W Bush is president and the world hates him. I can’t really swallow that answer because these groups have hated us before he was even president. This theory may make a great lie for a campaign, but doesn’t fit into reality. They are so stuck on trying to destroy this man; they will say anything to accomplish this goal.

Another theory they have is the fact that we are one of the wealthiest nations in the world. The liberals feel as though we should give up all that we have so they will look at us as equals. Does this make sense to you? This is totally irrational in the fact that who would want to reverse the direction their country is going. This would be like telling our scientists to invent a square wheel so we will be behind other developing countries so they will feel they are getting ahead of us.

The Republicans will give you some theories as well:

The Republican theory is closer to being correct because they understand these people are in some of the poorest conditions that humans should have to endure, so they are persuaded by their leaders in government that we have caused their hunger and we are an evil nation that has it all and will not give it up. The reality is that these “leaders” generally are selling the food that is dropped in so they can buy weapons to kill their people or their neighbors.

I will add to this theory because of their physical condition. Hunger causes people to be very suggestive. These people look to their leaders hoping they will have news that they are getting food soon, but they usually here the propaganda about why they are in this condition and there is a lot of blaming of the wealthier nations not sharing what they have.

As a whole whether you are a Republican or a Democrat, they don’t want to see people starving and fighting over food. Our country drops thousands of tons of food every year. We drop this food and a lot of these people still hate us. I won’t waste time going into the fact that the Muslim countries hate us for the simple fact that we are infidels; this sows this whole argument up.

When natural disaster happen who is the first country on the scene with help? The United States government brings in food by airlift and fresh water so these people will be able to survive the ordeal. We send money so these countries can afford to bring in contractors to help rebuild their infrastructure. When we have our natural disasters, who has come to help us? They don’t come because they think “that’s their problem” or they don’t have the money to do that. I could agree that we do the money to take care of our problems, but an offer would be nice.

Here is the question of the century: What if we suspend our entire Humanitarian Aide Program? Let’s take this a step further with the question at hand: What would happen to world stability if we suspend our entire Humanitarian Aid Programs?

If these programs were suspended the impacts would be quite disastrous. There are countries in the world that rely heavily if not entirely on our food drops or shipments. We don’t look and see what religion the country follows, but if they have people in need. If the people are in need we will drop the food or deliver it if possible. Many people would die as a result of no drops or deliveries.

If we stopped distributing food, there would still be religious groups that would still do this, but don’t have the capacity that we have for massive drops. We also have an abundance of food that we can distribute. After the food distributed was used up, the instability would start.

The people in these countries would go insane from the hunger. This is a scientific fact, that people that are starving resort back to their primal roots of survival, and that means they will be willing to do anything to get food and fresh water. They would start to attack each other and the government that has lied to them about the food situations. After they have exhausted what little food they have found, they will start attacking their neighbors taking their food, or eating them.

The point is that these countries would become more unstable than they already are and their countries would return to barbarism. The situation could give other countries with military advantages to take them over, but would find the same situation that the other leaders had. They have roaming groups of starving people, hoards of barbarians.

This is a buffer used with smaller and poorer countries that decide to start threatening their neighbors with force or decide they should start using the money they have for nuclear weapons. We threaten and have used economic sanctions against them and threaten to cut off food aid so they will listen. I think compromise would be a better option than facing hungry mobs of your own people.

We give economic aid to countries that experience natural disasters. What would happen if we didn’t show up and the UN didn’t have our money to spend? Their infrastructure would never be rebuilt as many of these nations built their countries with the American dollar. They would still have the roaming hoards of people and they would have disease and displaced people. Refugees would pour from one country to the next looking for new homes.

The immigration would then start into wealthier nations of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. It would be interesting to see some of these countries that are hard on our immigration problems to have the same of their own. I think that there attitudes would change drastically!

The world that we know would change drastically and quickly. I think the hate would calm down because they realized who was taking care of them and they may slightly appreciate us rather than hating us. I am a realist and understand that many of them would still hate us, but you can keep them at bay a littler easier.

The United States as I stated before spends billions of dollars on aid to different foreign countries. This money is a burden to us and our future generations financially. This money comes from the tax treasury in the forms of cash or IOU forms. It’s quite feasible to say that at some point in time we may have to cut back our aid because of the large expenditures.

We have domestic hunger problems that seriously need addressed. We are the most powerful, industrialized, and wealthy country in the world but have severe problems with poverty. I do feel for the other countries less fortunate than we are, but we need to look at caring for our own people first.

Our aid is what helps keep the world stable and keeping wars from breaking out in underdeveloped and third world nations. I’m sure that I will hear that this doesn’t affect developed nations and that is true, but there are more poor countries than rich. Those discussions will come in another blog.

I believe that we should help those in need as this is what God would want us to do, but I think that other countries should work with us and help out by donating food or helping us out financially with the burden. I think the UN should work within these means instead of pledging out our money and food like a blank check.

What would be wrong with helping these countries build infrastructure so their people can build business and get their economies jumpstarted. This would depend on if the leaders of these countries would be willing to do that. A lot, but not all of them want to keep their countries in the Dark Ages.

The American spirit is one of giving when any people are in times of need, but we need to look at helping our people as well as others. When we show mercy we will be granted mercy according to the Bible. I think that we should help those that are in need, but not foot the entire bill for the effort.

My Response to the Letter Sent by Mahmoud Ahmadinijad to the American People!

Dear Mac,

Thank you for sending the letter to the humble people of the United States. I would like to comment about your ideas and philosophy that you were so great to share with us.

I would like to say firsthand that our countries share a few similarities that you did not mention.

The first similarity is that the Iranian people as we once were are held captive by a relentless and unforgiving dictator. The only way that your people will have peace is by removing their oppression as we once had to do. I pray they find a way to have that stability without having to use force. Your people want Liberty and all that comes with it.

Your letter preaches peaceful existence between our nations, and I think that I could agree with you that we both desire peace, but at what costs? I remind you that your religion preaches that those that are not Muslims (infidels) have to die before you have reached your religion’s goal. You preach in the letter that we are all God fearing people, but our Gods are two different entities. The peace that you and your government seeks is an arrangement where we are eradicated or slaves.

Your God preaches that all infidels shall die and you will inherit your promised land. Our God preaches peace and love for our enemies, but we are given the right to defend ourselves.

I agree that our people are peace loving and truth seeking. Our people want to live normal lives and want to live to see their families grow and have fruitful lives. We seek the true meanings of peace and truth. Peace being where nations work towards common goals in humanitarian efforts and mutual growth in prosperity and infrastructure. We all desire these things, but one truth is that the world will never be short of aggressors.

You preach about groups in your country reaching out and being humanitarians to other countries including the United States, but I have seen the opposite. If reaching out is killing innocent men, woman, and children then I will decline your hand. There have been severe human rights violations in Iran and they continue. You say that you favor human rights, but lack them in your country. You have committed Hitlarian crimes of ethnic cleansing against your people and others abroad. You also support countries like North Korea and Palestine who commit many terrible human rights violations.

Mac, if you love peace and Democracy so much, why is your country ran like former Nazi Germany? The people fear you and fear to speak up because they know that you will have their tongue removed. Your elections have one guy on the ballot, and that is you. You will be there until the people you answer to have you sent early to see Allah.

If you love peace and Democracy, give up your dictatorship and have real elections. Invite your fellow countrymen to run without fear of being killed or tortured. Show the world that you are not a monster. Turn your country over to a real representative government so the people’s voices can be heard. A great leader listens to his people and does all they can to further and better their country.

I want to make clear that we will continue to support Israel as they have been one of our strongest allies and they fight a war on terrorism as we do. The Palestinian people are a good people, but Hamas and their government have attacked Israel relentlessly with their bombs and suicide bombers. We have been attacked as well and understand what a nation must do to defend itself. Israel is surrounded by enemies and defends itself daily.

Israel has had many aggressors to her security besides the Palestinians. Terrorists as mentioned before have attacked their country. These terrorists were trained and harbored in many countries, especially Iran. Iran has a long history of being a terrorist training ground.

Your country continues its nuclear program despite the world and the UN asking you to stop. You defy the world and still continue with the programs. Your country has also sold weapons to the North Koreans that definitely do not observe peace or human rights. I think that you should worry whom your country supports and clear your own slate before attacking the United States and her allies. Take the money that you are putting into weapons and build infrastructure in your country, better your land for your people.

You speak of the prisoners that we hold illegally in our prisons. These people you say are help without rights and you say that they should be released. These men and woman have been arrested for the simple fact that they are terrorists, and have personally killed or had other people killed. I think that they are rightfully being held and will be held until they can be tried for the crimes that they have committed. They claim no allegiance to any country and are being granted the rights that are permitted to them. As a humanitarian you should understand they need punished for their crimes.

They are held so that they may have a trial and be sentenced accordingly under the laws of the country that they were committed in. In your country there are no trials. The accused are turned over to a terrorist group that will cut their head off on CNN and Alljahzier, or they go before a court of people that already say they are guilty and give them an unfair trial. I assure you that your people will not be treated as our people would be treated in your world.

You talk about the Bush Administration resorting to force rather than peace. I don’t understand how you can have peace talks with enemies that are not interested in peace. We ignore the UN because all of their resolutions in Iraq and other countries have failed. We set the people of Iraq free from a ruthless dictator that your people fought in the past.

You posed questions that I will give you answers to:

Is there a better approach to governance? You pose a question that you were not specific in which country. I know that you insult our governing style, but if you ask us to adopt yours, I consider your so called insult a compliment. I know that our model may have flaws, but we have the ability with our constitution to change the flawed. We freely elect leaders that we think will do their best and make America a better place to live. Mac, why not try our model and make your country a better place! If you’re talking about Iraq, they will adopt whatever works best for them. God will decide the direction of their people. They want democracy and representative government, I know that other countries and Iran want to help steer the course of the fragile new government. I say leave them alone and allow them to make that decision.

Is it not possible to put wealth and power in the service of peace, stability, prosperity and the happiness of all peoples through a commitment to justice and the respect for the rights of all nations, instead of aggression and war? Mac, if you’re referring to the United States, then you’re not following world news. The United States gives a lot of her wealth away to other nations in need. We have used our resources to feed different countries in need. We drop a lot of food into different countries in Africa and in the Middle East. We rebuilt Europe and Japan after WWII and a lot more. We have given low interest loans to our neighbors so they can create and improve infrastructure and communications. Every natural disaster that occurs, we give relief aid so they can get back on their feet. Mac, America does all of these things because of the American spirit of helping others.

When will Iran share her wealth? The programs that you support are the terrorist organizations that you harbor, and building your military and nuclear weapons. When the last time was that Iran made a food drop into any country in need? When was the last time that Iran did anything for people in need? You abuse and mismanage your people now.

Our country will respect the rights of any nation that has been recognized as a country. If a country is annihilating its people because of their beliefs then intervention is warranted after diplomatic attempts have been exhausted. Iraq would be the best example of this. All diplomacy failed and President Bush was forced to use military action against Saddam Hussein and his government, not the Iraqi people. We came as a liberation force and looked to help them form a government that would serve the people and be a proactive part of the Arab Nations.

We all condemn terrorism because its victims are the innocent. I find it appalling that a leader who supports terrorists and other nations such as Palestine that does the same would make such a comment. You order the killing of innocent people with terrorist acts, and too many have been killed. You and other leaders rank up there with Hitler and Stalin.

I will address the rest of your questions in this paragraph. You ask that the United States abandon our ally Israel and that we leave Iraq because now they have a constitution and a government. Why do you ask us to leave so quickly and remove our military so quickly? You and your government want to have more control of Iraq because a pro-western government is not what you want there. You know that Iraq is rich in oil and you want your companies to exploit those resources. If the Iraqi government was pro Iran, you would have reserve troops against your enemy Israel. We are not blind to these issues and will continue to support these countries in their time of need. I warn you that war against Israel will not end in your favor, as they will be a formidable enemy.

The Midterm Elections that you speak about were not only because of the Iraqi war, but other issues as well. There is no real time for discussion of this subject as it pertains to a different conversation.

To sum up what I have said:

The American people are proud of their relatives in uniform on the Iraqi front. There fighting there was to liberate a nation that required our assistance. We will not ask them to leave a job before it has been finished. We pledged our assistance to the people of Iraq and will continue to do so until they are able to go the course alone.

We will not support countries that harbor terrorists such as Palestine. We will deal with any such country that harbors those that attack us and our allies. We take a course of peace, but will use military force when necessary. Negotiations cannot happen with terrorists that have no country and concessions will not be considered.

Mac, I pray that you will see that we will help those in need no matter how angry other nations become. You say that there are those that hate and renounce America, ask them to no longer take our aid. How will they feed their people? Will their economies collapse? We help them because they need help, as this in the kind of people that we have in our nation. Our god preaches that we help those who need help. Our God tells us that if we show mercy then we shall receive mercy when we reach Heaven. I shall pray for you and your country.

Borders, Language, and Culture!
Why Mike Savage is Right!

I think that Michael Savage is right about his thoughts on Borders, Language, and Culture. America is the melting pot of a lot of cultures which has made the US the greatest country in the world. The idea that Michael put out there for all of us is the notion that even though we are all apart of this melting pot, there is a unique American Culture that has developed and we must protect that along with our borders and language. I think this is the right thing to do, how about you?

I think that we have come to a point in the road that we understand that we must secure our borders. We have constant threats from terrorists that could slide undetected into our country and do whatever it is that they have planned. I don’t even want to think about what they could or would do to kill the infidels off. We have a problem with immigrants coming from Mexico and plopping out a child so that they can stay here and become a citizen and they know about many of our great welfare programs that we offer. They do come because there is a lack of work where they are from, but they come illegally and I think that they should be deported because they have broken laws by the way that they arrived here. The Cuban prisons are let out every so often so that the prisoners can look for a new beginning here in the US, Is that what we want here in the states? I think that we should increase our patrols along the borders with National Guard infantry that could act as a police force and secure the borders. Those that would be captured would be arrested, processed, and deported. This should be the same with all of our borders in any direction.

The language of the US is English! I think that if you want to speak another language that is fine, but while you are moving here or living here, you should be able to speak the language. That should be a huge part of the naturalization process. If you can’t speak, then you are not able to become a citizen of our nation. There are other countries out there like Finland (thanks Tom for sharing) that if you cant speak their language, no working there! I think that we have become too lenient about this subject and it needs enforced. I think that our children should have the options to learn the language if they want to, but should not be required to do so as part of their curriculum. The language here is English and if these people that move here do not like that, shove it and leave.

I mentioned earlier that the US has its own unique culture, and that has developed because of the melting pot of ideas that have come here throughout the ages. It has come down to the point that we are to give up our culture because the new people that are moving here are going to be offended or the folks that are already here hate America and they think that you should too. Here are some examples of what now offends everyone: “Have a happy Thanksgiving.” They don’t want you to say this because the Native Americans would be offended because we took their land away from them, and we raped and killed them. I understand that people are still upset about something that happened hundreds of years ago, but the time is now to get over it. I recognize that bad things did happen, but we conquered and that is how it has been for thousand of years. Do you go to Europe and here the world says that they hated Italy because they conquered the known world thousands of years ago? No, you never here that at all because they don’t hate them for it the people here in the States that fall under the leftist feeling process (please note that I didn’t use think because Liberals are generally guided by emotions, not thought.). They feel that everyone is a victim of something and that the US is evil and they would love the day that it came tumbling down. They would dance in the streets if the country was burning.

Christmas is a whole issue in itself that folds into a bigger picture. I always say “Have a Merry Christmas.” I have been under the threat from my old employer that they would fire me if I told another customer that. I told them that I encouraged them to do it because I would be the martyr that would give them one hell of a lawsuit for suppressing my freedom of speech rights. They were at least intelligent enough to realize that I was serious. Their goal is to remove God from everything so that they feel better in doing what they are doing; they feel that they are defeating God and the Christians by doing this. They hate God worse than they hate America. I guarantee that if the money said in Allah that we trust or something along those lines that they would have no problem with that. They try to remove his presence from our money, buildings, and they succeeded in removing him from the schools. They will never remove him from everything if I have anything to do with it.

I know that this was all a lot of things that were already known, but Michael sees what is really happening with these people as they are looking to destroy America. They want to open the borders so that the invasions will happen. The Democrats want to take them in so that they can keep them ignorant and on social programs. They will hope that they create loyal Democrats that will vote for them on a regular basis. They hate our culture and want to destroy it because they hate the America that our Founding fathers and grandfathers, and for some fathers help create, support, and defend. The language here has been for the most part predominately English, and should stay that way. He sees what they are trying to do and brings it out on his program nightly. He has created the Paul Revere Society that helps organize folks that appreciate and support the ideas that we don’t need a change in Borders (except for keeping them safer), our language as it is English, and the American Culture is fine and will continue to grow.

I love America and like the way that things are here. I know that we do need some major changes in the way that some things are done and I feel that a total return to Conservatism is in order. I believe and love my God and will not let these Waco’s that say that they are here to protect your beliefs that don’t take away what our country was founded on. I support and defend the Constitution as it is what our Founders believed would be the best way to be governed because if something did go wrong that it could be changed and fixed. A document is easier to fix than a monarchy. If you hate America I will buy that plane ticket to wherever that you would like to go.

What the Republican Party Needs is Strong Leadership to get back on track, Not Whiners!

I know that to many of you that the title will be startling and a little mean, but true. I am tired of hearing the last group of so called leaders that we had still whining about why they lost and why people were mad at Republicans. The truth of why people were mad was some of the facts of why they lost. There was never a strong emergence of leadership in the party while we held the House and the Senate. There were some factions that held the Party together, but never a real strong emergence of a leader or group of leaders. They refused to stand up to the Democrats or they were to busy fighting amongst themselves to get much done. This in no way is a blog about smashing Republicans, but hopefully helps them and we regain a direction that is honorable and will help lead our Great Nation back on the right path.

The first step of what we need to do is head on a path leading back to God and the Bible. This path would be one that follows Gods principles and commandments. We need to thank him for the creation of this Nation and for bringing the founding fathers together so that they could form the foundation of our Nation. Our money, government buildings, and attitude in general should thank God. The party should have opposed those that want to take his name from the country. True Conservative Republicans would have never given one inch to these people, and they should have used their strength in numbers to accomplish this. They were too worried about bickering and fighting amongst themselves to unite and say no, or that they would offend some Liberal group that would keep them from being reelected! A house divided will not stand, that is a major part of what happened to the party.

The second step that ties closely with the first step is a return to true conservatism! I think that we need to look towards this idea because this is what the country was founded upon and is the foundation of the country. The idea of the Republican Party is to give our fellow Americans a hand up rather than the Democratic idea of a handout. True Conservative thinkers follow the notion that less is more. This translates into smaller more efficient government, responsible fiscal management, and responsible taxation with representation. They follow the rules that were set down by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution and follow the concrete paradigm that it sets forth for us. They truly represent the people rich and poor alike. We need powerful voices that will look at the Liberals and tell them what is right and wrong as well as offer ideas of what improvement that can be made to good ideas and flat out refuse to follow the wrong ideas. Many say that compromise would be the answer, but at what cost. Conservatives look ahead and see what impacts decisions made today will have on the generations of tomorrow.

I know that I have touched a small portion of a very big picture, but we must look at the basics and these constitute the basics. I think that we have a few good leaders out there that could succeed in the role of President and from there down. The folks that lost their seats in the last election can rerun and if they run like Conservatives like many of them are or are close to being they may win again. They must realize that a Conservative Republican that runs as a Liberal will lose. The Republicans this year ran like Liberals so that they could supposedly could win the election. They felt that if they switched gears and abandoned the president, they would gain favor with the Moderates and Liberals. When they ran like a Democrat would with nothing but negative ads and no real debates only mudslinging, they wonder why they lost the election. The Democrats were successful in running like Conservatives. They had the negative ads and they had a better variety of what they would do for their constituents, this is what propelled the Democrats to power.

I am going to support a strong leader that is Conservative with his politics and that would be Newt Gingrich. I think that the world is ready for the political revolution that he would bring propelling this nation back onto the right path. He is an experienced leader with the know how and the edge that would make him a successful president. I think that he would end the War in Iraq by the way that we have always won wars, by letting the Generals take command and letting them do their job. He would work on getting our trade back to where the United Sates is in favor rather than China and the rest of the world get to rape the American people and the government just sits back and watches. He would support regulating our borders with strong persecution and deportation of illegal immigrants that enter our country illegally. A top priority would be ways for the States to self sufficient on energy and less dependant on foreign oil. There would be a major push for responsible drilling in Alaska. If we were to get into a conflict where we had our oil supplies cut, we would have a limited supply of fuel to fight our aggressors. Security would be a big one on the plate due to constant threats from different terrorist’s organizations. There is a lot more that could be gone into but theses are some of the most crucial. If you can’t tell, I think that Newt should be the next president of our fine nation.

My last point is that the past leadership that was ousted was ousted because of their for the most part poorly ran campaigns and acting like and running like Liberals. If they want to win they need to return to the path of what the true Republicans have always followed, and remember what their constituents are looking for when they take their office. They need to stop whining about losing the election and start looking to elections going forward. They need to look for strong leadership or emerge as strong leaders. The Party has the strength to take control back, but it is up to good people to come out of the woodwork and run for office as well as it is the responsibility of the grassroots to find and support people that will do well in office that are Republicans, support Republican Values, Conservatives, and have a love for what they are doing or about to do. We will work to create a better Party today so that the party will be strong in the future.

Ok, I know this will ruffle a lot of feathers but I just feel the need to bitch about it: The good 'ol 'holiday season.' The 'holiday season' includes T'giving and Xmas. However, you are generally not supposed to say "Happy Thanksgiving," or "Merry Christmas," in today's society.

Let us begin with T'giving. Many, if not all comapnies/workplaces/etc, require you NOT to say "Happy T'giving," because of some politically correct enviroment that the American masses for some ungodly reason subscribe to. Lemme see here, T'gving was celebrated by the Pilgrims to give thanks to God for a plentiful harvest. The ample harvest was brought upon William Bradford and other Pilgrims to migrate away from 'putting everything into a common pot' as they did in England, to assigning each family a plot of land for them to do with as they please therefore planting the seeds (pun intended) of a free enterprise leading to plentiful amount of crops and such. Originally and to this day, T'giving has strong religious overtones associated with it, HOWEVER, it has migrated more into an American holiday when you get together with friends and family and eat like Garfield. Back in 1863, Lincoln proclaimed T'giving to be a national holiday to be observed, most likely since Americans at the time were faced with a lot of negativity around the Civil War. So why in the name of the Lincoln Memorial do we, as Americans, have to say 'Happy Holidays' to one another instead of "Happy Thanksgiving?" We gonna offend someone? Well, guess what? This IS America and T'giving is an AMERICAN holiday so piss off to anyone who gets offended by it - HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES! You don't like it, I hear Mexico and Canada are realtively close by......

Onto Christmas. This gets tricky since Christmas, well at least its supposed to be, a holiday celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. Obviously there is a contingent of Americans who do not believe in Jesus Christ. In retrospect, you cannot say Merry Christmas or depict anything dealing with the birth of Christ in most public places as well as workplaces. Fine. Here is my problem with that: You go to a post office and see the following,

1) Happy Hoildays (usually snowmen and the like)
2) Happy Hannukah (complete with menorahs)
3) Happy(?) Kwaanza (complete with whatever Kwaanza comes with; I apologize for my ineptness concerning it, however, I am not privy to African holidays and their meanings).

What are we missing? We cannot depcit Merry Xmas yet we can depict every other faith? Ummm, not fair. What is good enough for the goose is......y'all know the saying. PC PEOPLE, can't have it both ways! Either allow ALL faiths or none. (Though I must admit the latter would make the US a very boring and morbid place around this time of year.) Also, the idea of pretty much banning all Christmas ideas from school is a load of crap. I think the schools should embrace all faiths around this time of the year so children can experience everything! However, the act of prohibiting the 3 Wise Men and menorahs b/c the atheists parents feel their kids are being ostracized is just plain crazy! Put on some atheist plays.....if they have 'em.

I have been asked by Tom and Rodney both why I have not been here and writing more. I really can not tell you. I have absolutely no reason for it except for laziness I suppose. School and work have been really crazy lately, and not to mention the new girlfriend, who may or may not even read these blogs. I am back though. Back to writing about what grinds my gears in the world of politics and the world in general. I have a lot to say and not to much time to say it in. So, lets get down to it and just let it out!

The elections have passed, and to no surprise the Democrats have taken over the House and the Senate from the Republicans. It may sound like you have heard it a million times before, and you may have, but it was NOT because the Democrats had this great agenda that the American people fell in love with! It was because the people that had the position of power never used it for what the people wanted. I will say it till I am blue in the face, the Republicans in Congress screwed themselves when they did not run on a platform of securing the borders and fixing the health care system. They let the Dems right into the door.

The Iraq War was a big issue in this election, and the security of our own nation was a big issue to the voters. Now, I understand that the Iraq War is not going the way people would have hoped to see it go, but it still needs won. We can NOT have another Vietnam on our hands here. The Republicans that are left MUST make sure that never happens. If we pull out of Iraq, the violence will continue, and all those brave men and women who died to help keep us free and to help free an oppressed people would have died in vein. But the Libs in Congress do not care about our troops! There is no way. From John Murtha to Jon Kerry, they spill nothing but lies about our troops to make them look bad, and all they are trying to do is make this country and the world safer from Islamic fascists. Why must good men and women who put their lives on the line deal with something so controversial as politics. But that is what is going on. We are no longer fighting around the world to help people, and we do not leave these places because the job has been finished! We leave because of political pressures from other countries that we, for a lack of a better phrase, do not want to piss off! We want to keep all of these countries happy, and we must appease them any way possible to make sure they are.

Some politicians believe that we should have one-on-one talks with the Iranians. I think we could save ourselves a lot of time and just drop a nuke on ourselves!! Ahmademajad is the next Hitler, the worst of the worst! He will kill at will, and has threatened to do so on many different occasions. The Israelis are NOT safe as long as the leadership in Iran is in place, and something will have to be done soon to stop him, or else. Hitler did not get the chance to use an atomic weapon, this man will have that chance and I believe he will want nothing less than total war with the states and the "Powers that BE". This whole situation will come full circle if a Democrat is elected to the White House in 2008!! We as Conservative Republicans must stand up and find that one candidate that will lead us into many uncertain times! We can not let a Hillary White House EVER become a reality, not just for this reason but many others as well, especially social issues that mean a lot to Americans and effect us every single day! I do not have to tell you about Hillary Care, I am sure we have all heard about it by now. It is the Libs way of making us a little more like Canada, thats all.

Thats not really something I want to get into this time though. I got way off track, and sometimes I do that, just bare with me for a moment.

Back to the leadership in the Democratic Party. When we talk about John Kerry and John Murtha, some of us think about the time they served this country in the line of fire. I give them all the credit in the world for doing what they did, until they came back and NOW they are against what they fought for, American freedom and the end to oppression worldwide! What is wrong with this picture. I do not really have time to get into the details of all what happened with Murtha and Kerry during their tours in battle, but we both know that NOW they are against any single war that goes on, unless it was set up to hide the fact that Bill Clinton was sleeping with an intern. Now, thats a REAL reason to send off some rockets....the hell with terrorists or rouge nations with nuclear capabilities. What have the troops done to these mean, and men like them, to deserve to be BASHED like they have been. They have been called crooks, murders, lairs, cheats...every single name under the sun they have been called, and they STILL fight for you John Kerry. They still fight for you John Murtha, Nancy Pelosi, Charlie Rangle and many MORE people in Congress that OPPOSE us being in Iraq, even though these same people that thought Iraq was a threat before we went in there! I just do not get it. No one, not even these people can be that dumb. And I truly do not think they are.

I truley believe that we will be leaving Iraq soon, but it is not because of the people I listed here in this blog. It will be because of the FAR left. Nancy Pelosi, she played her game and won and now she is in the majority. She doesn't have to do a damn thing to change it. She and the rest of her party believe the American people agree with their agenda, which is, wel.....DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THEY RAN ON!!!! I know they ran on the War, and thats what they won with. But there is no way American people would vote for these thugs if they came out and told the truth to them, just telling them that they are Socialists and want to give you everything and do not want you to work for it! Give them more welfare, food stamps....No one is entitled to live off these programs. Get a job!!!

So, the election is over and we now move on to more important business. I would love to sit here and say that the Dems and the Republicans can world together to make this country better, but I know that is not true, and it is never going to happen! Something has got to give with this power struggle. Someone will totally lose their hand, and the other side will storm in to take over the total leadership and rule this country with an iron fist! The Republicans had their chance, and they were to liberal. Lets see what the Democrats have learned from all of this, and see if they will lean more to a moderate government or to a government where it is ruled by the WORST of the worst! Only time will tell. But believe me, wait and see what I have to write about if Hillary is ever our President. God knows, she will probably have us shut DOWN!!!!

Well, the big election has drawn to a conclusion and it looks as if the liberals are going to get what they wanted: to punish the Republicans for their performance.

I am going to make this as clear as I possibly can. The people who are going to be punished are We the People.

The only real mistake Republicans have made, outside of the occasional poor judgements flawed creatures are doomed to make, is their lack of cohesion in a time when it is absolutely vital that they stand as one. Right or wrong in whatever proportion the Republican party as a whole may be, we cannot afford to have liberals calling the shots.

Let's all remember that our voices count and must be heard as we go next into the presidential election. If this country is to have any hope of surviving its many new challenges it will be essential to ensure a strong and principled conservative president.

God help our nation.

So, the latest word in liberal nonsense is that our honorable president orchestrated the destruction of the World Trade Centers.
You know, it's bad enough that some college students are naive enough to believe such rot. It's even worse that college graduates can be persuaded to swallow it too. It is, however, a disgrace beyond reason that college professors not only can be made to buy such trash, but to come up with and teach it!
Now I could see if the supposed conspiracy were that Bush purposely allowed our enemies to break into secure airspace to attack us, but even that is more risk than any man in his right mind would ever take to accomplish the goal of expanding defense. I mean, there has got to be a better plan for convincing Joe Public that defense spending needs to increase than by jeopardizing his presidency allowing some of America's most significant buildings to be compromised.

Now there is a GREAT intro to a blog entry. As wacky as it sounds, it is true AND it came from a college professor! Kevin Barrett (hopefully no relation to the great Chicago Cubs current catcher Mike Barrett), a part-time instructor @ UW-Madison, wrote an essay comparing Bush to Hitler and believes the US was the culprit of 9/11 and that the US 'has made up Islam vs Christians' in order to justify increases in defense spending.

First of all, I cannot make a stand for Doc or Tom, but as for me I have never used such negative and, frankly, terrible words to comment or rebut anything on this blog. Further, even though my fellow bloggers have been abrasive at times, they have never been so foul and hateful. Actually, yes.
Better question. Forty years of Democrat rule and in two terms Reagan topples communist Russia - care to explain? The major reason W's father lost his second term was because the liberal house of his day spent more than he could save in order to thwart his "...no new taxes." promise. You will note that his son learned from that mistake - of course, he hasn't had a liberal house to impede him. It's the only reason we aren't still trying to develop an understanding with the terrorists.
Even when liberals aren't failing to accomplish anything they claim to be, they are trying just as hard to ensure that the conservatives can't either.

That may well be. If so, bully for them. I will say this, though. Liberalism, by it's very nature, is unable to stand behind absolutes of any kind. It is therefore not possible to be truly liberal and be persuaded of any train of thought that involves absolutes. God is conservative. Call that an extremist remark if you will, but the fact remains - you don't have to be a Christian to be a conservative, but you have to be a conservative to be a Christian.

Allow me to clear this up for you, Friend - going into a church doesn't make you a Christian any more than going into hospital makes you a doctor. If liberals are so Christian let's see the Christ in their beliefs and actions. By their fruits you shall know them.

First of all, Satanism largely doesn't recognize any deity - including Satan, who to them is more a representation of man's freedom to live as he chooses. Not that you'd know that - your intent was merely to slight us and call our beliefs into question/make us look foolish. BTW, if anyone reading this is a Satanist, I apologize if you believe I misrepresented you. I tried to be accurate. You may correct me if you think I am errant. After all, you guys have yet to treat us as badly as this "enlightened liberal-thinker."

If Christianity really had that kind of power, prayer would still be in school and stores would be closed on Sunday. It is the unflinching absolutism of Christianity that threatens to create people who think independantly of the government. That is why liberals strive to keep Christianity's influence down.

I digress. Back to tolerance. The reason the founding fathers wanted a nation where all men were free was because they had been told what to think by their government. The reason they believed in freedom? According to the Declaration of Independance, which you noted yourself, it is because freedom is the right of all men as given by God. No one in this blog believes in creating an ecclesiocracy, but if faith in "Jesus or Casper the friendly ghost" is really as "unverifiable" as you say, it would only be right, in a society which is supposed to support tolerance, that all beliefs be recognized and unmolested by baseless criticism while being discriminated against for no good reason.

As to the implications that we are or should be gay:
We have said nothing concerning homosexuality when you wrote your comments. You, however, used no fewer than ten seperate statements involving homosexuality. The sad thing is, as a straight man I don't think I could have imagined half the things you suggested. Also, you "hate fags too"? Why? When did we say we hated homosexuals? Tom says he is all about the lesbians. Our friends Jason and Pete would be surprised to think we hate them as well. I wonder who is more frustrated about his sexuality.

MY DAY @ JIMMY'S PRE-K SCHOOL

Jimmy had a field trip today to Sharon Optical to learn about eyes, eyeglasses, stuff like that. I was one of the parents who volunteered to shuffle the kiddies in our minivan so I got to spend the whole day with the class. Towards the end of the class, the teachers put out a snack and then said a prayer. I realize prayer is being blasted/banned from publich schools across the country, however, the way Jimmy's teacher went about it was a great solution. "Pray if you want to." Simple and to the point. Jimmy, EVEN THOUGH HE IS NOT {INSERT ANY CHRISTIAN FAITH OTHER THAN THAT OF ARMENIAN ORTHODOX}, decided he wanted to pray. I fail to see any harm in this. It did not scar him for life that it was not a prayer in my family's faith. How can this bother people? I just do not get it. Its not like teachers across the country are telling the children, 'ok, time to strap a bomb on yourself and go blow up some people.' Liberals, gotta love 'em.....NOT

UPCOMING ELECTIONS

There are a few things that i would like to say. Lets start with the upcomming election, because it is fast approaching. The Democrats look to take back the Senate, and maybe even the House of Reps. if it is in the cards for them to do so, and put them one step away from controlling our whole system of government...the Senate, House, President, and of course the courts! People are blind to the fact that these Dems are in no way working to help the middle or lower classes of this country, and they go on thinking the way their parents taught them to think! Well, my father taught me to think, and I think these people are going out of their minds! No matter what happenes in the next few weeks, these upcomming elections will be very close. It will take the likes of people like you and me to talk to the people that may still be on the fence and show them that the decisions they make really do matter, especially when dealing with the wacko left and giving them more power than they have now! I mean, come on people, can you imagine....House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi? That is one of the most frightening things that could ever happen to this country, only behind a nuclear attack by the Iranians and another Clinton in the White House! We have to wake people up, and that is why i am here in the first place. Thats why I was asked here...so you all can read the truth. Lets see how many listen to the truth.

Welcome one and all to our bog. This should have been the first post, however, just like liberals, I am doing this assbackwards! Our intention is to hopefully educate the masses in what is going in the world and to fully bug the hell out of liberals! Whereas I may drop a few profanities in here (cannot help it, I was raised in NJ) you can be fully assured this is a blog to be read by everyone. The three of us have vast backrounds in which I feel bring a unique persepective to this blog. Doc is a 21 year old college student Pittsburgh sports loving resident of Glassport. He likes hard rock, has a drink or two, loses at poker regularly (sorry Doc), but has a keen eye of what is transpiring in the world at a relatively young age (in which I never really noticed until I began to read some of his posts on his MYSPACE blogs).

Rodney is a man of the cloth. He is one of the most positive, well-raised, intelligent persons I have ever come in contact with. He will drop whatever he is doing and come and aid you if you ask (or sometimes if you do not ask) and never asks anything in return. Rodney will aslo be the first one to grab the joystick and slaughter millions of liberal-loving aliens in HALO on my XBOX or bang his head to metal! I defy anyone to find a minister like that!

Which brings this to me. I am alomst 35 (yikes), father of two, residing in western PA. I cannot stand western PA. It has rubbed of on me like dog excriment. This may be because western PA seems to be a liberal hotbed, but I digress. My mother was born in Kirkuk, IRAQ (though I am not Arab per se, our ethnicity is Armenian - Armenia being this first countryto adopt Christianity as a state religion in 301 AD), so I have a unique persepective of sorts on the Iraqi situation. Being Armenian had allowed me to come in contact with many Muslims, many of which are disgusted with the USA. Much of their disgust comes from their perception that the USA pretty much finances Israel's war with the Palestine. I also have resided in Finland back in the early 90's and their beef with my beloved country is that they feel the USA is being the 'world police.' Well, shit, someone has to do it I say.

Is our g'vt perfect? No. Does any sane-minded USA citizen want another coutry's g'vt instead of ours? NO. Is this country inspecting Muslims US citizens with more than usuall? Well, if a 100,000 redhaired people blew up buildings and murdered 4000 people, I guarantee you everyone in this entire country would scrutinize redheads a lot more. Is it right? Probably not. Do our leaders feel the need to protect our country? Yes. Along the same line - does everyone realize that over 70% of "Arabs" residing in the USA are Christian? No. Look, I do not have the answer for the IRAQ situation. Trust me though, Saddam is a psychopath and it is much better that he is gone. I realize people are dying in Iraq, however, console in the fact that its nowhere near the amount of death if Saddam were still in power. Believe that.

Ok, after reading this entry I seem to be all over the place. I guess that is me in a nutshell. I just say what comes to mind. I be blunt y'all! But before I go, isn't it funny that the Muslim leaders are freaking out over the pope's speach, YET, YET, its way ok for the Muslim leaders to blast the US and Christians on a daily basis? Yeah, ok. That makes a lot of sense. Time to for me to go to the Browns game and..............GO BEARS!

Hey-diddly-ay, fellow bloggers. Rodney here and it's time for me to address an issue common to my little part of the world. The issue? The way our liberal society has gone out of its way to supress religion -- especially Christianity.

First thing's first. As you may already know, NBC has begun airing episodes of VeggieTales, a CGI cartoon in which talking vegetables convey positive, Biblically-based messages from the Word of God. You may also be aware that references to God have now been edited out as casually as one might swat a mosquito.
Now let's all try to be rational about this for just a moment. The very foundation of VeggieTales is rooted in the belief in a single omnipotent being as He (that's right, Gloria, I said He) is percieved by orthodox Christianity. You take hydrogen out of water, it's no longer water. You take God out of VeggieTales, it's a singing garden salad.
This my friends is just what liberalism cannot understand. They claim that their goal is to reach out to everyone by never daring to make so outrageous a claim as to suggest that any one viewpoint is "right" or "wrong." The question then is this: Just exactly how do you appeal to people from all walks of life with a show whose core beliefs are built around the idea that moral and ethical absolutism is an accepted truth? Furthermore, if you neuter the message of said show, how are you appealing to the audience for whom the show was originally intended? The answer, of course, is that you do not. Jesus said that men cannot serve two masters. He will love one and despise the other. The Bible further adds that those who are lukewarm (double-minded) will be cast out from God. The sad thing about liberalism, is that they seek to serve no master at all -- except their own agendas. You see, the simple fact is that what determines those things which are "politically correct" and those which are not is simply a matter of what will benefit the liberal agenda or not. This of course is subject to change as often as need be to assist them in their goals, because as the Bible also teaches, a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways and is tossed about like a wave driven by the wind.
So why is it that the media is extending the olive branch to Christendom so long as it can repackage their message with their own brand of Jesus-flavored substitute? The same reason that a philanderer is sure to make it to his photo-op with a Bible in hand as he leaves church. It's all for show. If their intention were really to appeal to everyone they wouldn't allow cursing and elicit sexual situations, etc. to besmirch the eyes of their more old-fashioned viewership. The bottom line is that they fail to recognize that if you intend to provide a selection of shows vast enough to appeal to a range of humanity as diverse as those found in this wonderful land, you will never, I repeat, never succeed in not chaffing someone else's worldview. I imagine if loving Jesus sold as much beer as T&A you'd see an entirely different posture from the network executives. Sadly, it is not merely that good manners and moral uprightness aren't moving merchandise that has transformed our society into a people that censors the name "God" in the phrase "God damn" (honestly, which half of that would you rather have your kids hear?). No, the reason God and all His absolutes have been supressed is because He and people who think like Him are a threat. To what? To the Liberal's strangle-hold on your mind.
Think about it. Was it sheep mentality that told some of the wealthiest men in history to throw away their wealth and resist the British empire so that all men were free to pursue their own paths? I think not. With God throwing around His crazy notions of "right" and "wrong" and personal responsibility, hard-work and such, people might start thinking for themselves. They may not even need Liberals to think for them and tell them what to do and how to do it. Herein is the problem. If one's goal were really to reach all audiences, he or she would provide equal time to all points of view and not apologize if someone doesn't like it.

The law of this land guarantees that you have the right to express yourself, not that you will be heard. It's obvious what kind of people care so much about what others think that they act as though they have to listen to the popular voice. Maybe if folks hadn't let the opinions of others matter so much we wouldn't live in such a sissified society where so-called strong people throw tantrums whenever they get offended and Liberals are poised to run every facet of our existences. Maybe if folks would quit caring what everyone else thought America could take back its right to think freely.

I just got done reading Toms' post. I am here at work, probably should be working but just HAD to write something about this. I just HAD to get in on the debate on religion and who and what should be seen where....if you follow that!? I am reading along and I see that the "Veggie Tales" may suggest a religious leaning one way or the other. Well no crap. Perfect example of Liberalism and how every religion EXCEPT for Christianity is right on all the time, depending on who they are talking to at that particular moment. Especially since 9/11 all we here from the left is that we should be "TOLERANT" to others with differences!!! HA! Lets see me go to Iran and start reading the Bible out loud. Lets see how "TOLERANT" those fanatics are toward me! I would be murdered IMMEDIATLY! I am done being tolerant, and for that matter being nice to these so called intellects on the left. These men are nothing but nutt jobs, seriously. Start at the top of the mountain in the Democratic Party with Howard Dean. This man has called George W. Bush every single name in the book, but still we do not look down on him for it. Too many people in this country applaud when Dean opens his yap.

Understanding too why the Libs are like this will go along way in realizing what is going on in this country today with religion! They HATE God, they DESPISE the word God and everything that has anything to do with God! Yes, they play it off during election time. They will go to church and have that photo op. But do not be fooled by their games of deciet, these men are masters at disquising what they are really meaning to do! The atheistic culture in America is taking hold and the libs are responisible for it! Look who votes to keep the words "Under God" in the Pledge of alligience!? It is the Republicans that do, and the Dems say we should take it out because not ALL people believe in God. SO what!! I have to hear the Muslims in America cry about how they are not treated fairly, yet we search every other person getting on a plane EXCEPT FOR the Muslims! Being more "OPEN" to new ideas in this way is a load of crap. They are pushing their Hippy ideas onto the children of today, and unless these children are strong, they will fall for the trap. Certainly the parents do not care anymore. They rather get drunk and high and let their kids do the same because it would be Hypocritical to tell them to stop. Sometimes we have to be hypocritical, and in that case I sure as hell would be.

I am getting off point though, which sometimes I do.

The most important thing about religion, our children, and TV is that they will never mix. NBC is to Politically correct, as well as all the other major news networks! Being as politically correct as they are have hurt their programming, but not the programming that means nothing to anyone, especially children. Cut off the Veggie Tales, thats all right. But God forbid they tone down any of their other shows. I have to be honest, I would love to campare shows on NBC, but I know of one show on the whole station. So, comparing them would be pointless.

The point of this whole ramble that I just let out is that the LEFT has invaded the children of today, the leaders of tomorrow, to brainwash them with their socialistic trash! It is up to the parents and the parents alone to do something about this right away, before it is too late and you lose your children to one of the MOST dangerous diseases to ever hit these lands....LIBERALISM!!!!!

The wacky liberals are at it again. This time they are directing their idiocy @ the 'VeggieTales' series (a collection of animated home videos for children that encourage moral behavior based on Christian principles). VeggieTales has made the move to good 'ol network TV and references to "God" have been removed. HOLY DOGSHIT BATMAN! A kids cartoon teaching about the Bible needs to be censored. Of course its quite alright to look at Dennis Franz's huge hairy pimple-infested ass on NYPD Blue or see 18,000,000 breasts, or hear 'ass', 'douchebag', etc. Now do not get me wrong, I like NYPD Blue, I absolutely love looking at big nice breasts (not on men) and I use ass almost on a minute-to-minute basis. However, when I CHOOSE to watch NYPD Blue, Law n Order SVU, Girls Gone Wild infomercials, I don't want them censored. I chose to watch 'em. If you are going to create a TV show depicting a NYC police station with accuracy, you have to do what they have done with the show. What is the friggin point of putting on a Christian-based Bible-themed cartoon series and then censor its meaning? Liberals are just fucking stupid. This from NBC - "Our goal is to reach as broad an audience as possible with these positive messages while being careful not to advocate any one religious point of view." What? What? God is not positive? WTF? More from NBC - "All programs set to air on NBC must meet the network's broadcast standards," said Alan Wurtzel, a broadcast standards executive, "VeggieTales" was treated the same as any other program." Have you seen some of the shit on NBC recently? Have those shows gone thru this standards crap? Scary, just downright scary. Soon, 'in God we trust' will come off the $1 bill and Christmas will be abolished. I am telling you, if NBC is so friggin' concerned about that four-letter-word God, then they shouldn't have added 'VeggieTales' to their schedule.

This reminds me of the liberal attack on Sesame Street where Cookie Monster has to say 'b' is for broccoli and 'c' is for carrots instead of cookie b/c American kids are getting fat. And you all know this has nothing to do with parental upbringing, we need the liberals to tell us how to raise our children......Excuse me, I have to go vommit.......
